I live in that area & was at several high-end functions including, being a bride's maid at my sis' wedding last summer. Beautiful place! the food was A++, the place was dripping in flowers, our Banquet Manager was with us all day & all night...the whole wedding party was made to feel like royalty! I still keep hearing about how evrything went off so smoothly...thanks to the service staff!!!
I booked my wedding there too. The planning experience is not going so well, the Sales Mgr never answers the phone. The event planners can't give you an answer on anything, they will "get back to me". Ugh. And I went in w. my florist & parents twice and the place is desserted!! And our fav. Banquet Mgr is not there that ran all those upscale events over the past years! He was funny & professional, now they wanna asign me a Banquet Captain?!? What the heck is a Captain?
