Ron is an artist among bakers. Incredibly, his cakes taste as good as they look. This of course means they taste divine.


My wife dreamed of having him make a cake for her wedding one day. Rarely are lofty expectations exceeded (let alone met) when one builds something up and looks forward to it for a long time, Ron did this. Truly, Ron offers the complete package: attentiveness, amiability, quality and artistry.


A year later, my wife and I took the top tier of our cake from the freezer. It tasted as good as it did at our reception. The only negative that I can think of is this: it has become exceedingly difficult to enjoy pieces of any other cake at weddings I have attended since.
