I can't say enough about Beach Bum Photography - they're awesome! We didn't meet Jessica and David until the day before our wedding due to distance from our hometown to the wedding venue. We were a bit unsure how we would connect with two photographers, hired to shoot one of the most joyous events of our lives, without having even chatted in person (let alone shot an engagement session). But we were pleasantly surprised to find two of the most positive, energetic, and passionate people we could have hoped for to be manning the cameras at our wedding!

They were very professional and unobtrusive (I didn't even notice them swirling around us getting all those perfect shots of our ceremony!), and got all the shots we wanted and then some. They gave good direction and kept everyone focused during formal pictures. We got all our formals done in under an hour; which could have been a major feat with our group! They also were very open to our suggestions and ideas. Many of our guests commented how nice they both were. And the photo quality is just beautiful.

We've heard so much great feedback about our wedding, but I must say that the photos tell the story of the day better than we could have ever expected. Jessica and David were a pleasure to work with, and have gone above and beyond since then to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We are so excited every time we get to share our beautiful memories with family and friends; and so much of that is owed to Beach Bum!

We got my husband's, his groomsmen, and my father's outfits from Island Importers, and were very pleased. Easy ordering, pretty speedy shipping, and the quality of the items was very good. The clothing seems to run large, which is good with linen, since it shrinks significantly when laundered. No regrets about using this company for our wedding attire.

We found Greg Tish's video blog online when searching high and low for area DJs. We liked the videos he had up there, and he seemed genuinely excited about weddings in general. The site also featured some interviews with him and his staff. After watching those, and his in particular, we decided to inquire about pricing. It was within our budget and significantly less than some of the quotes we'd gotten, so we were sold. Due to the distance, we couldn't go up for a meeting, so we lucked out by booking the right guy without a meeting!

We finally met with him 2 weeks before our wedding when we had a little time to travel up there. He seemed laid back and definitely "got" our taste in music. He had some good ideas and we walked out of the meeting feeling like we had made a great choice.

At the wedding, he was very helpful and prompt. He had modern and compact equipment, and the music sounded great. He really helped keep everything on our timeline, and even offered to go to the bar to refill my drink during dinner! He took our 80's dance party idea for the reception and ran with it, while still mixing in current music, requests, and must-plays. We were so pleased, and our guests had a great time! He told us his plan was to keep playing as long as everyone was having fun and dancing, and he did... Until the police came and shut us down at 1am!

We couldn't have made a better choice for our entertainment; service and performance went above and beyond our expectations - 5 stars for Greg of GT Entertainment!

Debbie did a fantastic job altering my gown! She's worked with just about every bride I've ever met since there aren't very many reputable seamstresses in our area, so I had total confidence in her abilities.

She does tell it like it is, and it's not always what I wanted to hear... But I appreciated her honesty.

My dress required a LOT of alterations, so I had to go back for several visits. She was very flexible with scheduling me, even though she usually only does bridal work on Mondays. I paid a lot, but it was worth it to know my dress was in good hands. And she even made me a chapel-length veil for $20!

We love our custom tiny ring bowl! It was just what we expected. It came packaged very nicely, and the price was reasonable. We plan to use it for the wedding, then use it as a ring dish beside our sink, so that we're reminded of our special day every time we use it...
