The agency was so helpful. The accommodations were so awesome. Excellence, Monte Carlo. They also stayed within our budget. Our agent had champagne in the room and we received an upgrade. This was so romantic and beautiful. I will use them for all my vacation packages in the future!!

They did an excellent job on our wedding video! They captured so many memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. His professionalism and the quality of his work were absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I am sorry I can not recall their name and just the company's.

I was informed that they would bring extra chair cover just in case they were needed. They only brought the exact amount previously discussed, and of course I needed a few extra covers. So in short I had bare chairs among nicely covered chairs, it looked strange!!

I didn't know this place was so close to my home. I was so happy to find a beautiful place and I didn't have to go all the way out of the the city or into the suburbs to have a place for my wedding and reception. The place is lovely with a water fountain, carpeted dining area, ceremony and reception areas. It fit us to the tee!!

They did a fabulous job with the flowers for my wedding. They took my ideas and gave me exactly what I was dreaming of. They were very flexible with any changes and additions that I wanted to make. They were very easy to work with and really knows her flowers! I highly recommend them to all brides!

We requested a female dj (I wanted something different plus women are better listeners). This was hard to find but she reminded me of Spinderella, not sure if you know who she is but any way she played a lot of early 90’s music. She did a good job. Would definitely use her again.

I don’t know if this counts or if it is appropriate but I took pole dancing in preparation for the honey moon. It is basically a pilates class that teaches you how to dance like a “stripper”. This was actually the entertainment at the bachelorette party. We had a ball and I bet those ladies learned something new to try with their men!

Things were great, for the most part. There were a few glitches, like the fact that we were supposed to have a coffee station and there wasn't one. When my mother asked a server for some coffee, she gave nothing but attitude back her saying, "Do you want me to bus tables or get you some coffee?" There were no plates for the us for the cutting of the cake and even though I had told the planner THREE times that we were to have a family member cut and dish out the cake, the wait staff seemed to know nothing about it.

We elected to have the dresses store bought rather than made. It was very simple, we went to the store, the lady showed us some ideas in a book, we chose what we liked (it took a couple of visits) and we were fitted, 2 months later we got our dresses. The only flaw, they were not personable- meaning it was like here you go figure it out on your own.
