I originally contacted ITN to see if Amanda was available to coordinate my wedding. She was already booked for that day, but she suggested that I go with her assistant, Alicia, who was then starting to work as the head coordinator for some weddings. I was able to empathize with Alicia in starting a new career and trying to establish a name, so we decided to meet with both of them. I found Amanda to be full of energy and excitement, whereas Alicia was very sweet and easy-going. I was lucky to be able to work with both of them. Amanda helped me with my invitations which were gooorgeous (she's very creative and so resourceful!!), and Alicia helped me with meeting with the caterer and planning out the wedding day. We got married at Rancho Las Lomas, so compared to most other facilities or hotels, we had a lot of logistics and preparations to plan out. It also threatened to rain on the day of the wedding, and everything was supposed to be outdoors, so Alicia brilliantly made up multiple plans of what we would do if the weather didn't work out. She was very well-organized, prepared, and her calm demeanor also helped me to relax and not worry so much.

Luckily, everything worked out on the day of the wedding and I let Alicia take full control. She did a great job, especially with working with so many vendors, and we were able to enjoy the wedding day and not worry about details. I think Alicia did a great job and will only continue to grow as a great lead coordinator!! Thank you!!

Photography was a top priority in planning our wedding so we spent a great deal of time and effort in researching and choosing a great photographer. Henry Chen's work was inspirational and beautiful. He demonstrated that he had an artistic eye and a keen attention to detail. Henry was always very prompt in his responses and very accessible. As a person, he was also very easy going and sweet. During our initial interview, he put us at ease and really made the effort to get to know us and understand our vision for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he and his assistants were extremely attentive and somehow managed to be everywhere to capture all the details and all the great moments that we wanted to cherish!! Looking at the photos now, I could not have trusted our very important day to a better photographer. All of our friends and family have been complimenting his work. Now with the wedding over, I hope to work with Henry again in the future for family photos!!
