I was very disappointed in the customer services my wedding party received during the purchasing process and the alterations. When we first arrived to purchase 6 dresses the attitude we were greeted with was snobby. It seemed as though they were trying to push as many people through that day and did not get any one on one help. When choosing the colors for MY wedding I was told that the colors may not go together that well. My colors chosen were silver and navy. Then, we had 5 of the 6 dresses altered with them. That experience was way below par. First, I have a 10 year old as a Jr Bridesmaid and the straps were too long when they went to pick up the dresses after the final alterations. This was brought to the attention of the seamstress and they answer she gave in return was, the straps could not be brought up any more. So instead they tried to pin the straps, which in the process the the 10 year olds skin kept getting pinned. One of my bridesmaids who is 14 also had problems with the neckline. When she moved the top of the dress would come out and you could see down the dress. Once again inappropriate but we were told it could not be brought in any more with out causing the dress to look funny. I find this a little strange since you can have dresses altered to your body type. Isn't that the whole point of alterations. Another bridesmaid who is 5ft 1 has a crease around the waist. Once again we were told there is nothing they can do to fix this problem because her torso is just too small in length. Finally, the dresses were not pressed and we asked if that could be done. They were told that they could but we would have to come back to pick them up. Well 2 of the girls live in St Cloud and would not be able to come back to pick them up once again. So they did it that day. However, apparently they forgot to mention until the final dress was being pressed that there would be a $10 charge per dress. Wow, something maybe that should have been mentioned prior to the work being done. Overall I was very, very disappointed with the experience of having to work with this company.
