We had a good experience working with Grant Hemond and Associates. They were able to work with my budget and were super friendly. Our DJ was Tim LaVechia and he did a great job of getting the guest up and dancing and kept the party moving. He was so sweet the night of the wedding and always checked with us before he played something that a guest requested but was on our do not play list.

The food and service was great. My guest complemented us on how much they enjoyed dinner and our cake was so pretty and tasty! The reason I give them an A- is because I was a little put off by something that happened the day of the wedding. CBTF charges an 8% service charge – which I paid when I paid our final bill a few days before the wedding. We were told when we signed the contract that they pay their staff a high enough wage to where they do not work on tips and the 8% is just a little something extra for the staff. They told us that if we wanted to tip above and beyond that it was completely up to us but not expected. Well of course I wanted to tip a little more so I put cash in an envelope and gave it to my wedding coordinator, which gave it to the head person. Well at the end of the night (literally as we are leaving) they come to my wedding planner and tell her that we owe the 8% gratuity fee. She explained to them that I had already paid that when I paid the balance. There was a lot of confusion and they were trying to get a hold of Steve the owner….by this time my wedding planner is just annoyed that they waited to the last minute to figure this out and told us just to go and she would take care of it. I was pretty irritated because I had paid and I didn’t want anyone thinking I was a cheap-o bride. It really sucked that we had to leave on that note! I also felt that they should have confirmed any open balances BEFORE we are about to leave. So my word of advice is to make sure you have a copy of everything you’d paid the day of!

From the moment I first visited the 2812 house I was in LOVE! The owner Laurie is so sweet and was always there when I had questions. She let me bring all of my vendors by to see the house and was always very accommodating. We got SO many complements on how amazing the venue was! Although we didn’t have our ceremony there – you can and it would be amazing. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding/reception site - This is your place!

We rented a town car to take me to the church and Keith and I back to the reception. The Limo driver was very nice and the car was nice and clean. Only complain was that the car was hot when I got in it to head to the church so I about melted when I got in and my poor flower girl was dying. It would have been nice if the driver had cooled it off before we got in.

Ian was great to work with. He was very nice and very professional and I think did a great job of blending in because I don’t really remember seeing him or noticing the camera. We were very excited and happy with our video!

I am in love with my photos. Sarah our photographer is AMAZING! She was so much fun to work with and made you feel like you’ve known her for years. I can not tell you how many compliments I received on both our engagement and wedding photos!

My flowers were one of my favorite things about the wedding and so many of our guest commented on how pretty they were! The owner Lynette is so sweet and so great to work with. She has amazing ideas and helped me create my “dream” wedding! I highly recommend her.

We are members of this church, but they will marry non-members. Both the wedding coordinator and the pastors are super nice and very helpful. Our rehearsal ran so smooth and the day of ran even smoother!

I hired Julissa to do mine and my bridesmaid hair and make up the day of the wedding. She did an amazing job on all of my bridesmaids looked amazing. I received several complements on my hair and make up. Julissa was so much fun to work with and is so very talented.

We purchased my engagement ring, our wedding band, and our wedding gifts (watches) from Helzberg. The staff knew us by name and was so sweet! We will purchase our jewelry from them in the future!
