We spent our wedding night here. Great communication!!! Very accommodating. Worked us in on a very busy convention weekend. Loved them and will recommend them in the future

Lisa was an amazing vendor. She has been working with us from the very beginning! She designed our save-the-date magnets, invitations and programs: they were all fabulous and allowed us to carry our theme and color scheme throughout all our communication with our guests.

Lisa Mezera was also our day-of-service contact. She was invaluable the week prior to the ceremony contacting all our vendors and handling last minute details. Our ceremony and reception were at the same site and it was worth all the money in the world for us to leave our trust in her hands and have a stress-free day. She was around all day and helped to make sure all the last-minute details were taken care of. I had no worries during the cocktail hour or reception as Lisa was making our dreams come true and make sure that the reception was just as we hoped it would be. I would recommend her to anyone!!

We didn't book Hoosier Limo until the week of. They were extremely accommodating. We booked for them for four hours to drive us around downtown. Steve our driver was so accommodating and we kept him busy the full four hours. His spirit never broke and his smile never left his face.

The Rathskeller was a great vendor to work with. The customer service response was always speedy. The food was good: a little spicy, we wish we would have had a tasting first (our fault). The Rathskeller provided us with many bonuses including rooms for our cocktail hour and a dressing room in which our wedding party could recoup before the ceremony. They are reception pros and I had no worries the day of. They were willing to work with us down to the last detail at the last minute. They also helped us to work within our budget. You can't beat the location, and parking was not a problem. We are so glad we chose them!

Josh is a trooper. We were totally satisfied with our engagement pics. During the reception, he was always around and responded to our every want and desire. The pictures did take close to 6 weeks to get back (we were told 4-6) so that was a little disappointing. However once we say them they were great! The only negative we had was the majority of the reception pictures were in black and white (this was not discussed beforehand) and we were hoping for more in color.

While C H Jeweler may produce fine products, they are not speedy. I put in an order for two sets of wedding bands at the beginning of June and here I am at the end of August with no rings. I will frequently contact the company and am given the run around or told to wait until the next week for results. My wedding is the second week of October, and frankly I am tired of waiting!!! Also, I have never been given an apology for the late arrival of the jewelry nor was I ever told upfront that this would be a three month process. Additionally, I have felt the communication from the company to be lacking as they have never called me, I have always been the one to call them. After a long round of voice mails I did finally receive a long chain of excuses, but never an apology. When we went to pick up the rings, never once was our struggle acknowledged or an apology made. Even after the thousands we paid him, we did not feel that they were of a superior quality, and even felt they looked slightly cheap and gaudy. I was beyond frustrated! If you want custom pieces, shop around and be careful. I have been just as happy with the selection and customer service of retail stores. On top of all of it, it should be noted that we gave him many of our own stones including diamonds from our mothers' original engagement rings as well as smaller engagement rings we bought each other. After we gave him our stones, he promptly exchanged them out and "upgraded" to "better quality" diamonds without once consulting us on the decision to be rid of our mothers' diamonds!!! BEWARE!!!

The entire staff of Helzberg was always willing to help us in anyway we needed. We made countless purchases and returns and their spirits never wavered. Even on the days when we would stay in their store until they close and walked away empty handed, they were the definition of fiendly. We have tried using other jewelers and have always ended back at helzberg due to their superior service and prices.

Great communication before arriving. Lovely food for breakfast. We stayed in Inkeeper’s Pride #5 and loved it. The room was very spacious. We even had our own balcony with our own hottub. Tom and Alice were so helpful in helping us plan our weekend. They even helped us arrange the details for our Cape Cod marriage!!! We loved our stay there and can’t wait to get back.

Miranda is a pro!!! The flowers were more gorgeous than I ever could have hoped for. She knows what she is doing, that's for sure. She was very respectful of our budget and made our flowers look like a million bucks without costing us a fortune. I cannot recommend her enough. She was always willing to go over details through email or through several in-person meetings.

Wes with Event One DJs was very accommodating to our wishes. The volume was a good level, he went with the flow all night and played our personal play list almost down to the last song.
