I would definitely not recommend this vendor to future brides. Even though our day was amazing, this was by far not due to the fact that this vendor performed their duties properly. We made the best of the situation, but we experienced the following issues:

1. The air conditioning broke 4 times on the bus. It was an extremely hot day, and a 1.5 hours away from the city. Needless to say, our guests were not happy.

2. The bus refused to take our guests up to the ceremony site, noting that the road was too steep. However, he claimed this without even seeing the road (from past memory). Of course, once he got there, he was fine going up this road. However, we were already arranging cars to pick up guests from the drop off location, as it would have been half hour walk for people (in the heat!).

3. The driver got lost, even after countless emails explaining directions, and specific instructions. As a result, he had arrived 45 minutes late to the ceremony.

3. After all the issues, and the fact that he arrived 45 minutes late to the ceremony, he DEMANDED overtime charges (even though the issues were his fault). One of my friends convinced him not to file overtime charges, but he still DEMANDED a tip, holding the bus hostage. In the end we decided to pay him a $50 tip (even though it was already included in the original price) so that we can get on with the celebration.

After contacting the main office and explaining calmly all of the problems above, nothing was resolved. They did not offer any kind of compensation or refund (even though they did not deliver on the services promised). The manager did offer me a "Really good price" should i choose to use their services again. Rest assured, i will not be recommending this service to any of our friends who are getting married, or will ever use them for any other events.

Even though their price is good, they are NOT a reputable company. Please find someone else to do business with!

Karri was absolutely amazing! Blending into the background when needed, or taking the rains when things were getting out of control, her style perfectly suited our wedding. She was very flexible with family portraits, and great at giving direction for our shots as a couple (since neither of us are professional models, after all). I can't wait to see the product of her hard work, but i have no doubt it will be amazing.

Thanks Karri for everything! I would not hesitate to recommend this photographer to any future brides.

We have contacted Misti to be our photographer for the big day. She had a great package for destination weddings (and at the time there was a promotion going on, making the price even better). BUT, be careful, or you'll get what you pay for.
Basically, the review is not about her photos (since we cancelled our contract with her after reading some negative reviews) but about her service.

After we cancelled our contract, she has promised to refund 50% of our deposit. This was back in September. It is now almost the end of November, and we have not heard/seen anything from Misti. She is impossible to get a hold of - she does not answer emails, or answer the phone. Even though her responses were within a 1/2 half hour prior to us putting down the deposit. I've emailed, called several times. I have almost given up seeing our money ever again, but wanted to warn future brides from using this vendor.

This boutique in Woodbridge, Ontario was having a sample sale one night. We expected one dress to be marked down, but EVERY dress was $499. It was amazing.
One of the ladies there, Rania, helped both myself and my MOH to pick out dresses (on two separate occasions). She stayed with us through hours of deciding/trying on dresses. I was so happy when i walked out with my Pronovias dress in hand! Would definitely recommend!
