I admit I am one of those girls who have always dreamed about what their wedding would look like. I was getting a lot of experience and ideas for weddings being that I had been in nine weddings as a bridesmaid or scripture reader. I am also always willing to travel to see my friends and family make that big step. The major problem I had was actually finding a husband. Luckily and thankfully my prayers were answered this past February when my then boyfriend and I decided we wanted to get married this summer. Sure, just a little over three months to plan a wedding might freak some people out, but that's pretty much how I function...the typical procrastinator.

Now that I had someone actually willing to marry me and kind of the date it was time to get the ball rolling. That's when Bre and Katie of Sassy Pineapple Events swooped in. Clint and I met with Bre and Katie to go over our vision, needs, wants and an idea of a budget. They gave us ideas of where to start in our planning while they were taking notes of how they would help us.

The next time we met, Bre and Katie has designed a decoration theme and gave us specific details of what we would need to do next. Making lists that included securing catering, drinks, tables, chairs, flowers and entertainment. This attention to detail and specifics was what the girls did that helped us out the most. We were seeing the big picture and they were making sure all of the little stuff was getting accomplished.

The wedding quickly came on July 4th. Just a couple days before the wedding we met with Bre and Katie to make center pieces, decorate the tent in festive colors and pretty much prepared the site for the wedding. Bre and Katie made all of the gorgeous bouquets from the daises I had preordered. They made sure everything looked its finest.

On the day of the wedding I arrived early to the wedding site only to see Bre and Katie working very hard setting up all of the last details. These details were not a small task as they set up 200 chairs outside of the tent, hung name cards and prepared the tent. They worked very diligently and well together. When it was time for the ceremony they were guiding and directing the groom's party and the bridal party. After the ceremony they directed guests, transitioned everything into the tent and added final touches.

Our wedding was better than I ever would have dreamed of and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Bre and Katie of Sassy Pineapple Events. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help planning their future wedding. I will also be forever grateful for what they did for us.
