Paella party catered our welcome dinner at my Aunt's home in Miami. We had a sit down dinner for the wedding, so we wanted the welcome party to be fun and interactive. Really an oportunity to mingle and get to know each other. The paella presentation was really impressive and a total conversation piece. Paella was made in front of the guests in a giant paella pan. It was also delicious to boot. The paella was served with salad and rolls.

We did a welcome dinner at my Aunt's home in Miami the night before the wedding. Crepe maker provided dessert crepes after the meal. It was unique, interactive, and a huge hit! Very affordable too.

Really nice selection of books and custom invites. Went with Jessica for invitations. Didnt want to be hassled with ordering such an important part of the wedding online and Jessica had affordable selections. She also addressed the invites, we just sent over an excel spreadsheet.

We wanted a catholic ceremony, but didnt want to get married in a church. We were thrilled to find father repp. He was a priest for over 20 years and gave us the ceremony we always wanted. The best of both worlds; catholic ceremony overlooking the water. I also enjoyed how he added a touch of humor to the ceremony to lighten the mood. It was great.

We got the rolls royce (just for pictures). Pretty much my wife and I used the rolls as a getaway car after the ceremony and took some photos around Key Bicayne. They also provided 2 other limos. 1 for my wife and her bridesmaids and 1 for me and my groomsmen.

Flowers were beautiful and a great price. Very easy to work with and were set up nicely before the wedding start time.

Most of our bridal party was from out of town, so this was a great choice. We went in and chose styles for me and the guys. Once we decided on the styles, our salesman entered each groomsmen's name in to the computer with the style of tux we had chose. So easy and stressfree. I loved my tux and the guys looked sharp!

We decided to rent specialty linens to match the sashes on our chair covers. Over the top had the best price and selection we found. We rented garnet satin linens. They were very nice.

We got a package cake and added a few upgrades when we did our tasting. We did our tasting directly with the Coral Gables store. We liked that there was a variety of flavors to choose from, rather then just 1-2 package flavors. We were able to alternate flavors on the tiers at no cost. We added fillings to some of the layers and were only charged for filling on those layers. Our additions were inexepensive and way worth it.

You cant beat how much you get for the price. The view is to die for and not only is their pricing low, but so is their minimum. We had our ceremony on the 2nd floor patio and the reception in the ballroom, both overlooking the water. Food and sevice were good. My only complaint is that there were a lot of events going on the day of the wedding, but overall it didnt effect our day.
