This place is a great way to start or finish your bachelorette party or a great bridal shower. The owner is awesome and has done an amazing job at making this wine bar feel like home. A beautiful wrought iron balcony lets you look down on the busy downtown area and feels like you have stepped into New Orleans. There are options to buy wine by the half glass, full glass, or bottle. There are also boutique beers and champagne. The menu is filled with heavy Hors d'Oeuvres that offer a great variety.

Awesome food and great staff. I have planned several events with Banquet Masters, including a "Sweet Sixteen" for my sister and several graduation parties. The wedding options are fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. They are also very willing to work with you in order to make the most of your budget. They have reception space available for varying sizes of groups.

This venue would work for a variety of budgets and sizes of parties. The food is excellent and the Spanish themed restaurant provides a beautiful back drop for your wedding. Prices vary from $30-$45 per person. Many extras that other places charge for (like cake cutting service) are included in your price. It is also conveniently located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater for your guests.

Good venue and good savings. Nice ballroom setting and great package that for 2009 includes a free cake. Food costs are lower than other area reception sites. In talking to others who have been to the facility also, the food quality can vary. Luckily, they have tastings for prospective clients to try things out. They are by invitation only so take advantage of it.

While this is a great spot for a reception or ceremony, the prices are extremely high. Given that it is an art museum, they are very concerned about making sure that the art is kept safe from candles, hairspray, and other hazards. There are many extra costs in having your wedding here, such as event insurance, extra charges for later times, and room rental costs are high. If you have your heart set on getting married in a museum, this would be an excellent choice, as long as you are mindful that it may blow your budget.
My fiancé and I have spent every Valentine's Day (10 to count) at a Columbia restaurant. The menu prices for a sit down dinner are about $40 to $50 per person, and the quality of the food is amazing. Not only that but for Tampa residents, the Columbia is legendary. The location I explored was at the St. Petersburg Pier, which has amazing waterfront views. The alcohol policy was very flexible and the staff seems really eager to work with you and your budget. The only downside for my wedding plans was that they do not allow a DJ and they request that your entertainment fit with the Spanish theme of the restaurant. This might work really well for many people, but it was not what I had in mind.

This venue is perfect if you are having a really large wedding. The space will hold up to 2,000 people, so it would be easy for smaller crowds to feel swallowed up. There is an approved list of caterers that are to be used, and having attended many events here, they are very good. The location is convenient to Tampa Bay, but also to the interstate. If your guest list is large, this would be a very nice venue for your reception.

This place is awesome! The Institute is a training facility for hairstylists, aestheticians, and massage therapists. You get the same great Aveda products and services at a discount and checked by an Aveda expert. The facials are awesome and a great way to save on your bridal beauty without sacrificing services. They also have many open house opportunities where you can get 20% their reduced prices!

This location is moving soon, but after tons of shopping, we ended up here. Once we were there, we realized that we were dealing with very experienced staff that had been with the company for over 20 years. Once my fiancé told them our budget, they did everything in their power to negotiate with the company's president on our behalf, and we got an amazing deal. They worked with us on financing the purchase and even changed the setting within 30 minutes. This is definitely a great place to find the right ring regardless of your budget.

Sacino's is fantastic for finding several options for the groom and his male attendants. They offer rentals and purchases from designers and have really creative staff people to get guys excited. At the Fourth Street location in St. Petersburg, they even have an outlet, which has tons of tuxes and accessories. In many cases, you can end up buying a tux for less than it would be to rent on for the big day. In that Sacino's has stores throughout the state also, if you have bridal party members that are not local, Sacino's coordinates it for you.
