Since I had a family friend do all of our photos, I owned the negatives. This meant I could do personal "Thank You's" with our favorite wedding photo. The cards came so quickly that I still had all of my THANKS out before the end of the month. This was such a nice personal touch, and now everyone has a great photo from our wedding day. Excellent value!

Again, being a budget bride, David's Happy Nail was a great choice. My french manicure was perfect, and all the girls (and the men!) were so nice to us! They even let us drink champagne while sitting in the massage chairs!

Right after we got engaged my husband decided that we HAD to have fire dancers for our reception. (Hawaiian tradition.) Tihati had a whole bunch of dancers to choose from and lots of different styles of dance. This added an authentic Hawaiian flair and our guests loved the different idea. This was so much better than just a DJ!

A wonderful value, AND they took our last minute order! Great company!

I know it sounds cheesy, but Walmart really did have the best prices and quality on a lot of the small items. I got the ring bearer pillow here, and the supplies for our cookie wedding favors. The selection was impressive and they carried some of the name brands I saw in the pricier stores. Worth the money and the convenience.

We ordered huge white chinese lanterns for our reception decor. The shipping was really fast even to Hawaii, and the quality was even better than I expected. This was a great value for our dollar, considering the local shops charged almost twice as much per lantern.

The staff here is AMAZING! My Mom and I both got our dresses here, and then my Mother In Law decided to get hers here, too. Because we bought a few items the ladies did the alterations to my dress for half the normal charge and threw in my veil. The prices were amazing! I paid half of the retail cost for my gown, and I still think I got better service than if I had ended up at the pricey salon down the road. This place is a great find!

My husband and his sons got their aloha shirts from Tommy Bahama. These are hands down the nicest Hawaiian shirts around! The silk feels great and he can definitely wear this again.

Hint: wait for a sale. We hit on a great one and we paid almost half of the retail cost for all 4 shirts!!!

My husband and I have been parishioners at Hope Chapel for years. This is actually where we met! I cannot say enough good things about this church and its' people. Everyone is really a warm ohana (family) and it was an honor to share our day with so many people that we love.

The church itself is not on the water, but the landscaping is really nicely done. The staff was also extremely accommodating. We huge HUGE Chinese lanterns in the reception hall to give it more character since there are such high ceilings. They were great about this and even helped with the installation at no charge.

My husband and I have known Jackie through our church for a few years now. I can tell you first hand that her passion for weddings is not something that she 'fakes.' Before we even got engaged, Jon and I loved listening to how excited Jackie would get when telling us stories about her clients and how their wedding day was so special.

Naturally, when we got engaged, we wanted Jackie to be involved... little did I know, she already was! About a month after Jon pulled off an amazing proposal on the beach with black lava rocks spelling out, "Will you marry me, Jen?" did I find out that Jon had been talking with Jackie for weeks about how to make the proposal romantic. She was helping us before I even knew it!

During the planning, our families tried to get involved and change the things that were important to us. Any time we started to get upset by this, all it took was a call to Jackie and she helped calm us right down. She was never without ideas of ways to keep everyone feeling involved but still keeping this day exactly how WE wanted it. (No small feat if you know our families!) Weekends, weeknights after 10, anytime we called her she was always ready to listen and to help.

Then came the wedding. Jackie had a huge NFL client the day before our wedding, but she still kept us feeling like the only couple in the world. Even when I told her that I just realized that my mom never ordered the leis -- All 19 of them! She called her contacts, got me exactly the flowers I wanted, and even managed to get me her wholesale discount THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! Instead of charging more, Jackie got us to pay LESS! This is just one example of how she not only saved us stress, but saved us *tons* of money.

I can really tell you that I would not have been able to do all of this without her. Jackie would be a great investment for anyone planning a wedding. And the fact that she loves doing this... you'll feel that. I definitely recommend her!!!!
