They were very helpful in explaining the different rooms and even let us take a tour of them before deciding on one for the night. Even though we had to leave early the next morning, they tried to accommodate our needs for a romantic night and altered their offerings to combat our needs.

Dudack does a great job creating a musical atmosphere that is right for any occasion. He and one other person were willing to learn any music that we wanted them to learn for the reception and traveled from Akron to Cleveland. Dudack is very experienced in his field and really cares about his clients. He is also more than willing to explain the history of steel drums or how to play them to anyone at the reception.

If you are going to have a reception in Cleveland, this is probably the best way to do it. There are so many options to spruce up the wedding with score board messages or fireworks, but they didn’t pressure us into any of those things. The downside is that it has to be on a day where there isn’t a baseball game, but we lucked out and the schedule worked to ours. The lady who runs it is related to the owner of the Indians and she does a great job and showed us a lot of respect even though we were probably younger than most people she works with.

She is very energetic and really wants the right flowers for the wedding. She has beautiful arrangements and did not force us into a specific style or anything. She was more than willing to recreate a bouquet from a magazine or a picture if we brought one in. The best thing was that she took the time to sit down with us and listen to what we wanted and did not pressure us into what we wanted.

A very nice person and very willing to listen to personal stories. He is truly someone you can trust. He did once try to force the hand for the groom to change religions, but other than that he was very accommodating. He is kind of hard to get a hold of and meetings can be hard to schedule and have to almost always happen on Saturday mornings.

It has beautiful architecture and is right in the middle of downtown Cleveland where we wanted to get married. The setting creates an ambiance that both of us liked for our wedding and it is so beautiful that almost no decorations are needed.

She is the best hair stylist my fiancée has ever had. We drive an hour just so she can get her hair done there. She is very reasonable and even though she is centered in Akron, she was more than willing to drive up to Cleveland for the wedding and work with the girls in the hotel. She is a wonderful person who is willing to work around your schedule and is not pushy at all about hair styles. She will work with the girl until she finds the perfect style.

They issued us a lot of false hopes during the entire procedure. At the beginning they claimed that if we paid $25 and committed to them that the groom’s tux and one other would be completely free, but they ended up charging about half for both of those. Acquiring the tuxes for the wedding also created a situation where they were unreasonable and were not willing to compromise with the timing of our wedding and the people from out of town. When we went to try on the tux for the first time, they just asked us what color we wanted and gave us one style to try on. They did not even explain that there were more jacket or style options that we could go with. Apparently there was a price change for the tuxes if people got measured in the first six weeks after the groom did, but they failed to tell us this and just charged everyone full price. They also claimed that they had non-wool jackets which is important since my fiancée is allergic to wool, and they did not have very many at all.

While the show had a lot to offer, there did not seem to be very much organization going on. Some of the vendors didn’t seem to know how to pitch their products and weren’t very approachable, but that may not be a nock on the bridal show. There wasn’t really a flow to how things were supposed to go and it upsetting that some people didn’t take us seriously because we are in your lower twenties.

My fiancée bought a $700 dress for $50. They were always willing to help with any aspect of the wedding that they could. When one of the bridesmaids threw a fit about a dress size, they put up with it to our amazement, even though we were ready to throw her out of the wedding. They were very helpful in color coordinating the bridesmaid dresses with the colors of the wedding and seemed to genuinely care that they got that right. We were very impressed with how they handled themselves and their business while working with them.
