We used the Old Lahaina Luau for an event for our guests, as a Thank you for making the trip to Maui for our special day.
The Luau was excellent the dancing was great and food was wonderful. This really got all our guest together and excited to be in Maui and had a great introduction to the Hawaiian culture.

We first heard about Tad Craig from a family member, then I asked our wedding coordinator (Jackie Tamas) and she highly recommended him as well. His pictures were posted on the Internet about four days after our wedding so that was nice to surprise to see them when we returned from our honeymoon.
The pictures turned out amazing. There were so many to choose from. He is currently putting together our wedding album in a magazine form. We recently saw the rough draft and it really took my breath away!
Tad Craig went above and beyond our expectation of our wedding photographer.

The Four Seasons in Maui is absolutely incredible. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. There is not one detail they have not thought of. From the sunscreen stops along the pool and beach to the wait staff bringing you ice cold water with out asking. They set up a lounge chair and umbrella for you if you wish to lay by the beach or the pool. They offer activities all day like scuba diving lessons to yoga on the beach.
The club floor level (8th floor) was also the best experience. If you needed ANYTHING they had it. The food and drinks on the 8th floor were outstanding. The Four Seasons was worth every penny!!

On our honeymoon we did the Maui Princess dinner cruise. The ride was nice but everything else was terrible.
The food was awful and the drinks were like fruit punch. The tables were small and you are cramped with two other people. This something you should definitely not waste your money on!
We used Sarento's for our small dinner reception after our wedding. Sarentos had us in a beautiful room enclosed by glass overlooking the restaurant and next to the wine cellar. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredible and paid attention to all our needs. The food was amazing and the drinks were of course wonderful as well. The wine list is never ending.
Sarento’s location is right on the beach in south Maui. Listening to the beach while eating your dinner set the perfect mood for a beach wedding. This was the perfect choice for our after wedding dinner.
Just a few weeks from our wedding day we decided we needed a flower circle. Our wedding coordinator (Jackie Tamas) ordered it right away and was able to deliver with short notice. The flower circle was absolutely amazing. Pictures truly don't do it justice.
After Dellables delivered, set up our flower circle and left a big wave came up and took the flower circle into the ocean. The other guests at the beach quickly jump into the ocean and grabbed all the flowers and Dellables rushed back to the beach and reset up our flower circle. That was something we were grateful for.

Picking out the leis was one of the hardest things for my husband and I to do. Alii's leis were all so beautiful and the verity was unreal. We had no idea there were so many different lei's.
With all the different lei's it was easy to make our Mothers and Maid of Honor stand out from the other guests.
The tuberose was gorgeous and so fragrant and my husbands lei, the Kukui nut with moc orange was awesome and is still intact and hanging in our home today. The orchid leis were beautiful and really made our Mothers feel special. We were disappointed that we were unable to get the plumeria leis due to the amount of rain that Maui had recently received. That is obviously not their fault.

Hawaii Video Memories truly captured our wedding in a beautiful light. It was so much more than a video of our wedding. The way they edited and added music was absolutely perfect. They made themselves very discrete, as if they were a guest at our wedding. They were very friendly and made us feel very important to them.
We had our reception in New Mexico four weeks after our wedding and wanted the video to be a big part of it, so that our family and friends that could not make it out to Maui still felt part of our wedding day. When our family and friends saw the video they were in absolute awe! They also put a rush on video to be certain it would make it in time for the reception.
Knowing that all beaches in Hawaii are public, and still wanting an intimate and private wedding, we had to choose from a semi private beach.
South Maluaka Beach was a perfect fit for us. It was outlined in green with the grass and trees. There is a rocky ledge perfect for pictures and a view of the northern part of the island.
Other guests of the beach that day were very courteous and loved being apart of our day, they even helped with resetting up our flower display after a big wave came by before are ceremony.
This beach really set the pace and theme of our beach wedding.
After telling our wedding coordinator (Jacqueline Tamas) we wanted a Hawaiian looking officiate she said, I have the perfect one for you. He definitely brought the Hawaiian feel to our ceremony. He even added some Hawaiian prayers in Hawaiian and made room for our very talented fathers perform their wedding songs for us.
Not only did he bring the Hawaiian feel to our wedding but also he made it very personal and added his personality into our wedding. The icing on the cake for my husband was he showed up to our wedding location on a Harley Davidson! He truly was perfect!!
