We purchased Melissa Sweet Bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaid in San Francisco, and then the dresses were shipped to my bridesmaids in NY and LA.

All three zippers on the dresses were faulty. The designer did pay for one of them to be replaced, but when they found out that all three dress zippers didn't work they said that it was the design of the dress.

When I called Bella they didn't believe me that the zippers were faulty, and they wanted me to bring in the dresses to see. Since they were in different cities, I couldn't do that.

Thank GOD that the dress had a bow in the back because after 20 minutes of working on the zipper (on the day of the wedding), it wouldn't budge. We never got it up!! I really think that it's unacceptable to pay around $280 for a dress and not have the dress zip up and be told that the dress was designed that way!

The dresses were beautiful, but I would not recommend MS Bridesmaid dresses. Or the Customer Service at Bella.

Our cupcakes were absolutely fabulous!!! I can still taste them in my mouth. Amazing. It did take them a few days to respond to an email, but I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!! They totally customized our order and were super friendly. Oh, and our guests loved them- what more do you need to know- book them now!!

My dress was the hit of the evening. I am so so happy that I found Amy Kuschel. The dress was fit for my body and it was STUNNING. From my first dress try on to my fourth fitting they were always so professional and kind. The best part of Amy's dresses is that the alterations are included in the price, which for me was exactly what sold me on them. Other places quoted me anything from 200 to 800 as AVERAGE.

These dresses are for the modern women looking for something sophisticated and simple. Some ball gowns, but not a lot of puff and sparkle.

I can't recommend Amy's enough. You are one lucky lady if you get one of her dresses!! Oh, and they make the dresses on the 6th Floor and the SF floor is on the 5th floor, so it's locally made!!

I heart Amanda. Not only is she a great talent, but she was so fun to have around us on our wedding day. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone- in fact, I recommended her to a good friend and she was fabulous at her wedding too!!

Another perfect vendor. Our flowers were AMAZING. Peonies, dahlias, cala lilies, kermit mums, oh my!! Karen was a joy to work with. She totally got what we wanted from the very first meeting. I never even met with another florist- she was that great!! Highly recommend her.

Plus, you can't beat her prices!!

Hotel Vitale was a dream venue. Everyone was so fantastic to work with, if we got married again, I think I'd do it at the Vitale.

It will only hold 80 MAX for the ceremony on the outdoor terrace, but it fit our 60 person wedding perfectly. The service and the food for the reception was AMAZING. People are still talking about it.

My one recommendation, get everything clearly included in your contract. And I do recommend for the hotel to get (or offer) floor length white linens. We did end up upgrading our linens. BUT other than that, Sunna, Hillary and their team were amazing. Everything was so perfect.

And the 8th Floor Round Suite was included in our package and that was such a perfect place to take pictures before the wedding and to end the night. I just wish we could have enjoyed the room even more!!

As qhaha said, she must have a double personality to book so many weddings. I wanted to really love her- her packages are great and so are her pictures, but our meeting was so inappropriate and unprofessional that I still can't get over it. Please feel free to email me with questions about our meeting. Needless to say, we are going with someone else.

I feel really bad; I really wanted to like this place. But it was not meant to be. I don't know if they are going through a transition or what, but apparently they ordered the wrong sample size (which was too small) so I couldn't even pretend to figure out what I was trying on. If I hadn't tried on some great dresses at other shops beforehand, I would have left crying.

This venue was our second choice. The wine room would be a perfect place for an outdoor wedding in the summer. And Kris Sheehan, the owner, was great! It is a bit pricey and I didn't love the B&B, but well worth the visit to see the grounds. It's a beautiful venue.
