These people work out of their kitchen in a apartment with a dog, this would never be approved by a health department. This operation is fine for a block party, or if you are having friends over but not for a wedding party.

Granted I have sampled some of the cakes at an event, too sweet and sugary. They need to be certified as professionals with certificates to prove that they can actually sell their cakes before I would use them for an upcoming wedding.
