I had a very bad experience with Petals by Xavi. I paid in full for the contract and quote I received and two days before the ceremony they told me they forgot delivery and set-up and I owed several hundred dollars more. It was two days before - what could I do? I paid.
The day of, the flowers still hadn't shown up 15 minutes after our ceremony time and when they finally did show up, half of them were dead and looked awful AND OUR GUESTS HAD TO SET THEM UP. The only thing I really wanted was the arch and we didn't even have time to set that up. Neither mother received a corsage and all the kissing balls were falling apart before the ceremony and my bouquet was the wrong color! We were told that we would get a full refund. It has been 5 months and I have received nothing except that Xavi said that her employee who was there that day did not represent her and she wouldn't even talk to him to find out his version of what happened.
Please save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. I wish someone had given me this advise beforehand.
