I was extremely pleased with the products I received - both the gift boxes and the personalized fortune cookies - but most of all, I was impressed with the high level of customer service. I used the chat feature and also spoke to customer service via phone and was met with extremely intelligent and helpful individuals that helped me make the right purchase. I would definitely recommend both the products and this site to friends, family and co-workers.
