Both my engagement ring and my wedding band were custom made and they screwed it up both times. The only reason they got a one was because they fixed it. The prices were reasonable but they were bad at delivering the product on time.

The Ritz upgraded us for free, then walked us around to 3 rooms so that we could pick the one that we wanted. The service and the food was exceptional and I would want every couple to stay here for their honeymoon. The room size was great and the décor was very up to date with hardwood floors in each room! The view was amazing as well!

Kelly works out of her home and she’s my regular stylist. But Kelly used to work at an Aveda salon and has tons of experience. Her prices were perfect and she was very flexible and accommodated other people that were not scheduled to have their hair/makeup done. She did a great job with mine and my moms. She even traveled to the hotel so that I wouldn’t have to go anywhere. She was amazing!

Hotel Block: The Ritz provided the room at exceptional prices. $129 for regular room and $179 for a bride/groom suite. Their service was excellent, they called during the whole planning stage to see if they could help in any other way. They were excellent!

Jennifer did an amazing job with the bouquets. Prices were very reasonable. The only reason I didn’t give her a 5 was because the bride’s bouquet was WAY larger than the bridesmaids….it would’ve been nicer to not have a huge difference.

Prices are amazing but the microphone didn’t work during the ceremony….A BIG problem. Then the DJ played the wrong bride/groom song.

The Henry Ford estate was a perfect location for our wedding. Although they are pricey (rental fee, ceremony fee, gratuity, etc.), they did an excellent job of keeping all the guests happy and catered to our (bride/grooms) needs. They accommodated our request for a special cuisine and were very flexible on almost everything.

Gwen’s prices are amazing! Her cake tastes excellent and she provides a free cake on your 2nd anniversary. The only reason I gave her 4 instead of 5 was because she forgot to color the bow on top of the cake. Otherwise, excellent!

Everything was excellent right from the beginning. The sales lady (Linda) worked within my budget and threw in an ‘Easter’ discount. They provided me swatches and kept me up to date regarding my dress. All the bridesmaids received their dresses on time and the dresses matched perfectly.

She did an excellent job with my gown but it was very expensive. She charged me almost $300 to bustle it and take it in by the hips.
