The customer service at Park Avenue goes unsurpassed! They had MUCH to choose from and were extremely helpful. Jasmine, my seamstress was such a sweetheart and fixed my dress to perfection. I gave them a 9 because of their payment policy, we were not allowed to pay by credit card for the final payment, which was an inconvenience to some of my bridesmaids (plus I had to carry over $1000 in cash for my dress, which I wasn't too happy about).

This place was a nightmare to deal with. From the beginning, they did not have any tuxes for mh to try on, so we had to choose by pictures alone. The day they were supossed to pick up the tuxes, almost half of them were wrong. MH is a big guy and they ordered him a Medium jacket. One of our ring bearers tuxes was never ordered, even though they confirmed the order through an e-mail confirmation and a phone call. My father received the wrong vest, etc.

Diane and her staff are amazing! Although VERY honest (may not be to some people's tastes) she was JUST what my very indecisive mother needed. We went in there 3 weeks prior to the wedding, as my mother's first dress was horrible (NOT from Diane & Co) and she was able to find something amazing right off the rack, took her measurements, and had the dress ready in a week.

They had a VERY large selection, although a majority of the selection was over $150 and I was looking to spend a maximum of $100. I ended up finding the shoes of my dreams for $50. They were very helpful and although I have heard negative things about their wedding gowns, I was very happy with my shoe experience.

Hair accessories: They had a beautiful selection and the prices were unbeatable. My package arrived just 2 days after order!

Joanne did an amazing job on my garter, plus she gave me a toss garter for just $10 more that was beautiful! She even sent me a file with different designs for my dress patch. She took a little longer than originally anticipated, but I was VERY happy and her prices were great.

Mandy is truly a hair goddess. My hair, as well as my mother's and my sister's came out absolutely beautiful and it lasted ALL night, even though it poured all day long! She is very creative and captured the look we all wanted perfectly.

The people at Le Petite were fantastic to work with. They did not charge any extra on top of what the Venetian was paying and they did a phenomenal job.

Although pretty expensive, my serving set was absolutely beautiful! The stones matched perfectly and I loved the free monogramming.

This was the most amazing hotel! The staff was unbelievably pleasant and helpful and everyone you came in contact with knew you by Mr & Mrs... Our room was GORGEOUS and the food was fantastic!
