Oh I love this place! And I looked on their website and while they're mainly around Canada/East coast region, this is the only CA location. It's so worth it to go - the food is excellent!

We received a tropical arrangement from them for my grandfather's funeral and I must say that it was extremely beautiful. It was very tall with bamboo, kangaroo paw, green cymbidium orchids, peach colored roses and irises. I found it left on the doorstep when I came back from dinner (which is ok since it's a safe neighborhood and it was at night, so no one could see it), and they actually sprayed the flowers to keep it fresh.
This place is always so crowded and there's a reason why - the food is so delicious and worth it! I prefer this location over the original Glendale one because it's a lot larger, there are two counters to order from, and lots of seating. I love their guava strudels! And their cubano sandwich is such a great deal (sandwich plus plantain chips for $3!). And the potato balls would be great for a sports party appetizer. And their wedding cakes...I can only imagine they would be as yummy as their pastries. I've only had one of their sheet cakes (chocolate and coconut) and that was perfect.

I went to a friend's wedding here and they had their ceremony in the outdoor gazebo and then a dinner/dance in the ballroom. It was very beautiful, the gazebo sits on top of a mountain and the view behind it is gorgeous (so your guests get to look out on the hill while watching your ceremony). The ballroom was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're having a large reception because I remember it was broken up into two rooms (open though, but you can see the division). It was still very beautifully decorated though.

I went shopping at the outlets in Cabazon and didn't realize Morongo was right there. Because I've seen so many advertisements for it, I wanted to go check it out. So we had dinner there and walked around (I resisted my strong urge to gamble). It was fairly nice, comparable to Vegas. And the desert landscape is pretty.

5 stars for the view alone. I haven't dined at this location because the few times I've gone, it's been too crowded. But it's right on the waterfront and it's in a great place in Long Beach that's close to many restaurants.
Nice looking bar, fun place to bar hop since there's other places in the Spectrum that you can go to, and they have some really good beer. This is also the first place where I met my boyfriend! Well, I was meeting a friend and he was part of the group. =]

Fun place, it's the adult version of Chuck E Cheese. Get some good drinks, have an innocent bachelor(ette) party, or even rent out the banquet room for a rehersal dinner (and have some fun after!).

Went to an event here (graduation ceremony for a campus club) and the venue was pretty cool. The website looks dated, but the grounds and the banquet room was very nice.

I came here for a bachelorette party for an old roommate and the rented out the room in the picture. It was quite fun and the very first time I experienced 'tea'. Everything was yummy and the arrangement was very comfortable for about 20-25 people.
