Cute place, great tea and yummy desserts and sandwiches. Afternoon tea, which comes with 4 half sandwiches, scone, dessert, and of course tea, is only $15 per person and it's actually very filling. It's nice to have tea time with the girls!

For the animal lover who wants to do something different. My coworker bought cards through this website because she and her husband love animals and this particular artist's photographs. So for her invitations, she ordered the cards and made the invites herself.

My coworker used Jennifer for her wedding and the pictures came out beautiful. I was also browsing through her gallery on her website and I was kind of excited that she had Chris Daughtry on there (his bandmate got married and she took the pictures)!

I've also dined at this location one time for my mother's birthday. We took up a big section of the restaurant and they let us hang up a banner celebrating her birthday, which was very nice. We had a lot of fun, this atmosphere is also very modern urban-like, and on the website it says you can fill up to 110 people. Delicious, yummy, absolutely tantalizing Pacific Rim cuisine!

I had my graduation party here (but we didn't reserve a room since we had about 16 or so people) because everytime I go to Hawaii, my family and I always make a stop at Roy's for their delicious food and chocolate souffle. Oh my goodness, you should come here alone for the chocolate souffle if you get a chance. It's much better than other ones I've had (including Morton's).

The ambiance is very upscale modern casual, which I know doesn't make much sense. It has a nice interior that's more modern looking, but you don't have to necessarily dress up excessively to dine here. Each dinner is about $30/person (although they have special menus for private parties), but it's definitely worth it if you're celebrating an occasion.

Some of their dishes and desserts change seasonally, so my only complaint is that I had a delicious green tea mousse cake one time and I've never seen it on the menu again. It needs to come back!

I saw these guys perform at BB Kings in Universal City. They are a great band and their music makes everyone want to dance!

Oh this place is so yummy!!! Their Paradise Cheesecake is so good - it's got (I think) lime, guava and mango flavors. Everytime I go here, I have to stop at the bakery to buy something, anything. It's so delicious, but always crowded. Yet I still come back for more.

I actually used to work here and I enjoyed all my time. I saw brides come in and sit down in their consultations and the main florists were always respective of their choices and tried their best to accomodate them. The plus side is that this is also a wholesale flower shop, so if you're a DIY kind of person, they can place orders for you as well.

I came here for a ceremony and reception one time and the outdoor gazebo area gave breathtaking views of the hills. It was a bit small, so you can't have a large wedding ceremony here, but the ballroom is different. It was a nice size and standard, but the location was pretty cool since it was on top of a hill.

This place is always crowded! One day I wanted to see what all the fuss was about (because I've heard so much about their cakes), but I didn't get a chance to try anything because the lines were so long. But the other day someone brought in a birthday cake from them and it was so delicious! Their wedding cake flavors sound really good.
