I had several caterers to choose from, and went with The Ultimate Affaire because Lindsey and her husband were extremely personable, the pricing was very decent, and they had a variety of food options. The guests raved about the mini chicken waffle appetizers (how creative!) and the chilean sea bass (most brides say they don't eat much during their big day, but I finish the whole plate!).

I had no issues getting in contact with Lindsey, who was responsive and helpful. She attended a walk through with my coordinator at our venue before the wedding, and offered her experienced advice (e.g., she mentioned that the venue we were using had a limit on electricity voltage, so we knew to rent LED lights instead of regular uplights). I also had a vision for the look and feel for my reception, and she nailed it with the rentals she had and was able to get.

On the day of the wedding, Lindsey and her team were prompt and always there to help when needed. When the groom and I had some down time before the reception, her husband was kind enough to offer some chairs to sit on and some water. (What caterer goes out of their way like that when they're busy cooking the meals?)

Needless to say, I'd highly recommend Lindsey and her team to everyone who wants a classy, elegant reception with good quality food. I don't normally give these type of reviews, but feel that Lindsey and her team deserve it for the great work they did at my wedding!
