We stayed there actually the night before and the wedding night. The night before it was separate rooms of course. It was nice but we ran ragged for weeks prior that on the so sacred wedding night we fell asleep like two old people.


 I was so impressed with the beautiful limo and the service that we received was outstanding. The limo actually arrived a few mi early and the driver was very familiar with the city. The driver never failed to open our door for us! Definitely go with this company, a classy service!

Rehearsal Dinner: They catered and provided the accommodations for the dinner. All I can say is try the spumoni and the pasta con broccoli (I hope I spelled that correctly). They are both to die for. I wanted them for the reception caterers but we had 150 guests and that would have been a little pricey.


 
 I am now finding out by asking other recent brides that they were a little pricey for the end result but we did not know and we simply picked them randomly out of the phone book. If I had to do it again I should have researched a little further.

My husband for some weird reason wanted his tuxedo made. What in the world would anyone want to do that for? I think he just wanted to fell special. Anyway he had no complaints, it turned out alright, a little unnecessary but that was all his money. The rest of the bridal party rented from the local David’s Bridal.

Honeymoon: Since my husband is a big historian we vacationed in Washington D.C. We visited the Monument, the Jefferson memorial, and the Smithsonian museums. My husband had fun but I was scared. There are only a few parts of that city that are for tourists, key word a few! We stayed at the embassy suites in George Town, it was beautiful.


 Dana has been doing my hair for years so it was only natural that we went with her on that date. She did a Victorian upsweep with curls wisped to the side on me, I can not remember anyone else but they looked beautiful.

Our families have been members of this church for years so there really was not decision to be made it was just hard to lock the date in since it very popular. We got the date though after a little bit of teeth pulling but it was well worth it. The aisle was a little narrow but I guess when I was five years old that did not seem like an issue.

We picked a design from modern bride and she was to make 4 dresses, one for each bridesmaid. She did an initial fitting about three months prior and assured us that they would be ready well before the wedding. That turned out to be untrue. She rushed to get them to us three days before the wedding. My youngest sister’s dress was too big and we had to have it altered the night before the wedding. I was not too happy with her services.
