When I first met April of Once in Every Life Photography I knew right away she was the photographer I wanted to capture my special day!! Very flexible, meets all of your needs and very creative!! I had an engagement session, bridals and wedding (even an after wedding session) since our wedding was on a Sunday we even got a discount! April has so many GREAT and CREATIVE ideas! I had never thought of going to a grocery store and shooting wedding pictures until April had mentioned she had always wanted to do it so with me being open minded toward anything, after our wedding we all jumped in our limo and headed toward a “wholesome” grocery store! I absolutely LOVE my pictures! My bridal session we did in Destin, it had been such a rainy day and I thought all hope was lost but April knew better, she kept me positive and everything turned out PERFECT. April also had a spare wedding dress that was one of her friends that I got to “Trash” I had never heard of a “trash the dress” session before. Talk about FUN! The water was freezing don’t get me wrong (it was only March) and even though it wasn’t my dress those have got to be some of my favorite pictures! Our engagement session we did on Morris Ave. in Birmingham on a cold and windy December day. April takes your interest and incorporates them into your pictures. When PJ & I started dating we would always end up down town on Morris Ave. after dinner. It means a lot to me that we have those pictures that represent who we are as a couple! April and I have become great friends in the crazy process of mine & PJ’s wedding and I’m actually sad it’s over with! I lucked out when I found Once in Every Life Photography’s business card at David’s Bridal and contracted April! If you’re looking for GREAT, FUN and CREATIVE photographer April’s the one!
