Katia from the Glam Fairy squad absolutely ROCKED it on my wedding day!! I just got married last month at Tavern On The Green in Manhattan's Central Park. She did my makeup, my mom's makeup, and my soon to be mother in law's makeup as well, and each of us were 100% happy with Katia's work. Katia is extremely personable and makes her clients feel comfortable and confident. I had had less than satisfactory makeup trials with 2 other local makeup artists, and was almost about to give up on finding a great makeup artist at a reasonable price for my big day, until I had my trial with Katia. She was not only professional and highly skilled, but she also really listened to all of my ideas. As a result, I walked away from my trial with Katia knowing that my makeup on my wedding day would be perfect! My mom, who doesn't wear too much makeup on a regular basis, had an equally successful trial, and was very happy and comfortable with the final result on my wedding day. The best part- not only did our makeup look absolutely flawless and fresh in person (and lasted the entire evening!!), but it looked just as perfect in all of the pictures that were taken by the professional photographer, as well as all the pictures my friends were taking with their digital cameras and phones.
