My experience at Unique Bride was with Mary and it was exceptional. From my first appointment to my last Mary was fabulous. She really listening to my ideas and brought in dresses that I was looking for. She was not pushy but knew what looked good on me. Once I found my perfect dress - the second one I tried on - she was great to help pick out the perfect accessories. I ordered everything through Mary and she continued to help me through the alterations making sure everything came out perfectly. Mary is very knowledgeable, professionally, courteous and I would recommend her to everyone. I also ordered the bridesmaids dresses through Unique Bride. I had a special request, adding a personal touch to each bridesmaid dress. Unique Bride was very accommodating to my request and all the girls seemed happy with their experience there as well.

I hired Rick because of his creativity and designs. However I do have to say that my flowers were the biggest disappointment in my wedding. They were beautiful but not what I really expected. I never received a detailed list of what he was providing, Rick told me he's sending it, even after the wedding I still had not received anything. We did go back and forth on email so I thought everything was being captured. At our last meeting, weeks before the wedding, he seemed to have lost my file so we started over. Because I added a few items my estimate went up and I gave additional money. Then once I had my final count we agreed the extra center pieces we no longer needed and would be applied to other areas of the wedding, which did not happen. My bouquet did not have my favorite flower in it which was very important to me and he forgot 2 corsages. Rick did make the corsages on the spot and was proud he could do it last minute but I was disappointed he didn't have it prepared. Other than my bouquet I remember looking around my reception room and seeing a center piece sitting on the floor in the corner. It was an extra but my feelings are he could have placed it on a table, maybe the entry way, near the cake table, the bar, by the DJ... He just didn't put as much effort into my day as I expected. The detail I asked for was not there. I think Rick would be a better fit for small gatherings not something as important and detailed as a wedding.

Peri at BigTime Video Services is simply AMAZING. My husbands cousin recommended her and from the moment I sent my first email to her we were chatting it up with in minutes. She is professional, quick to respond (no matter what time of day) and very knowledgeable. I knew right away she was perfect for us. This was the first time I had been in front of a camera and I thought I would be so nervous. Peri felt like a dear friend on my wedding day, I was very comfortable around the camera. She had exceeded our expectations and I can't tell you how pleased we are with her work - I feel like a movie star!! She incorporated black and white shots with color and her editing was incredible. Every time my husband and I watch the video we laugh and cry and are honored to have this timeless item to share for the rest of our lives. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Peri. I HIGHLY recommend BigTime Video Services.
