Sarah Hunter, owner of the Ink Spot is wonderful! She truly makes a bride feel special. This is a very small company with no storefront. She is a dealer in invitations, gifts, etc. I had a rather large invite list. I purchased 400 plus invitations, reply cards, reception cards. She sent more than one proof to make sure everything was perfect. I also ordered our coordinating thank you notes, monogrammed napkins for the reception and my bridesmaids gifts from the Ink Spot. It might not be convenient to those in Metro Nashville but it is a special experience with a personal touch.

This band was a blast! They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I chose them! They were awesome! We gave them a play list of songs we wanted played. If they didn’t know them, they learned them! They were glad tot to take requests too. The first hour, hey played “dinner” music and then they had several songs that got everyone dancing! At one point, they even let a bridesmaid sing with them. I didn’t even notice when they went on breaks! They were extremely professional. Their fee was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend the Scat Springs Band!

The sweetest Day was very easy to work with and my cake was beautiful. This was an area that wasn’t very important to me but my husband was very excited about it! At our tasting, she had a variety of cakes, icings and fillers to taste. We sampled them and came up with the perfect combo. I didn’t feel that she tried to “over sell” us on the size of the cake. We also ordered a fun groomscake. We brought a picture of what we wanted and she did it! The most important thing is that they tasted fantastic! There is a delivery fee and a charge to rent a cake stand.

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. I had a may wedding and the venue along with the courtyard was wonderful. The food was superb and the coordinator, Deborah Fluhart was fabulous! She made everything totally worry free. The day before I was able to drop off my favors, photos, cake stand, etc and she made sure everything was in place. She acted as my reception coordinator. She made sure that everything stayed on time, that the band was fed, that we didn’t run out of food or drinks. It was awesome. The only downfall is parking is very limited. We hired a valet service through the club to park cars. It did get slightly backed up as people were arriving but that was the only problem. There was no problem as people left. I highly recommend the University Club of Nashville.

I used BBJ for my table linen rentals. They have a nice showroom with samples of all of their linens. I had an appointment and met with a sales representative Over all they were easy to work with. You choose your linens and sign a contract. They ship the linens to the reception facility the day before then your coordinator or the facility ships the dirty linens back. It’s a very simple/ worry free process. The only warning is that should something not be returned on time you will be charged a rather large fee. Just make sure someone you trust will be handling the linens.

We wanted something special for our wedding day. Not just your average limo. After searching, I came across Matchless Limo which has a variety of vintage cars to rent. We went with the Vintage Jaguar. It was awesome. The rental was for “transfers” It looked beautiful parked outside the church when the congregation was leaving. They were very patient while we had tons of photos taken with the car. This was my gift to my husband. He loved it! They were also great at the reception. They made sure our bags and food made it to the car and again waited while we had or exit photos taken. They were great to work with!

My experience with Helen was fantastic. She has many packages. We knew it was going to be a long day and so we went with the longer session. She was at the church from the time I arrived and stayed through the reception. She was simply amazing. I had ten bridesmaids and she learned every name. She worked fast which was wonderful. At the reception, she didn’t just take pictures of us, she took candid photos of everyone! She truly was amazing. Our particular package also included our engagement photo session. Again, they were very quick and professional. Her turn-around time was very fast. She will post the proofs online so that you and others can look at them! Overall it was a great experience.

This church is absolutely gorgeous! It is the perfect wedding church. I am not a member of this church but had always wanted to get married there! The Sanctuary is stunning and the exterior is all white and makes for excellent photography. The staff was very easy to work with. They do charge a fee that some might think is high but I thought it was reasonable for the beautiful church and staff. The wedding coordinator was a huge help. She made sure everything was perfect! The rehearsal was just under an hour and the day of the wedding was great! She kept us on time. It’s so wonderful that they allow weddings from non-members.

Lita Dixon is a fabulous hair stylist and her work for my wedding was superb! She did a trial run before the wedding. I knew what I wanted and she made it happen. The day of the wedding she traveled from Hendersonville to Green Hills to do hair for the wedding party. She is extremely professional and was great with her time. She started early that morning and worked right up until the wedding. I would recommend Lita Dixon or Paragon Salons for your wedding or any special occasion! The make you feel very special and keep your best interest in mind!

Andrew was wonderful! I had seen his work before and he came highly recommended by friends. A few weeks before the wedding I met him at the MAC counter for a practice run. He took his time until he got everything just right! On the day of the wedding, he came to my hotel room. He had all of his make-up and tools with him. He did my make-up along with my mothers. We were thrilled with his work. It really is too much to try and do everything yourself. I highly recommend having a professional do your make up. His make up was better for the lighting and cameras than my “everyday” make up.
