Larry Wohrman of Diamond DJ's Entertainment was AMAZING!! My husband and I had interviewed a couple of dj's before meeting Larry. The other dj's were a little over the top and cheesy which we knew we didn't want. The dj is one of the most important parts of the wedding and from the moment we met Larry we felt like he just clicked with us and we just knew he'd do a great job. He played exactly what songs we wanted and he even offered suggestions for our first dance and we chose one of the songs he recommended for us (Michelle Featherstone's We Are Man and Wife). Beautiful!! But Larry not only played our requested songs, he went above and beyond to help make our wedding day even easier. He was just very pleasant to be around and I think at one point he held on to my purse for me when I had to go off and take some pictures. He was more than just a great dj. If he can get a tie to match your color scheme, he will wear it. He even gave a gift card to one of our guest couples that had been married the longest. That was very unexpected and our guests loved it! Everyone had a great time and from the moment dancing started, he kept the whole crowd entertained and dancing. Larry was very affordable and you definitely get what you pay for and more with him. He also recommended our officiant who was another highlight of our night. We definitely recommend Larry. He gets an A+ from us.

My husband and I were just married at Tivoli Terrace and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, all the staff at Tivoli Terrace were very helpful and were always more than willing to address any concerns or needs we had. Keeley, Bobby, Patrick and Diane are AMAZING and we can't thank them enough for making our wedding day so memorable.

Our guests loved the atmosphere of Tivoli Terrace. Everything was so beautifully decorated. We found out as we arrived for our wedding that we had made a mistake on the table cards and actually forgot to include one of the table numbers. One of the coordinators at Tivoli actually made up a table card that resembled the cards we had designed. I mean, how cool is that?!

The food was delicious. We had salmon and chicken. Our guests are still talking about how good it was. It's rare that mass produced food tastes so good! And we went with their award winning carrot cake for our wedding cake. Delicious!!

Keeley was there to meet me at the limo when we arrived and she helped calm any fears I had. She was great!

Right before I was set to walk down the aisle I lost it and started crying because I was overcome with emotion. Bobby was standing next to me as my Dad and I were about ready to walk down the aisle and I told him to tell me a joke to get me to stop crying. And, in regular Bobby style, he obliged. I don't remember if he told me an actual joke but whatever he said was in his calm, carefree, funny nature and it did the trick. He was wonderful.

During the ceremony, Patrick was there to get me anything I needed. He was fantastic!!

My ONLY negative comment about this venue is that it was about 1 hour too short. The wedding started at 6:30 and had to end by 11:00. While Tivoli does a great job at keeping all of the events of the night on schedule, I felt like as soon as we were done tablehopping and greeting all our guests, the wedding was over. Not much extra time for us to dance or take (non-professional) pictures with guests. Our guests were not ready for the party to end either. We ended up having an after party at a local bar/restaurant.

If I could give this venue 4.5 stars I would, because of the time frame but PW does not allow half stars. I feel 4 stars is too little so I'm still giving this venue 5 stars because even though the reception was a little short, I still have guests telling me it was one of the nicest weddings they have ever been to.

Overall I give this venue an A and I'm so happy we chose Tivoli Terrace for our ceremony/reception. I would recommend this venue to any bride. It's beautiful and you really get a lot for the price.

My husband and I used Don Johnson as our officiant and we are SO GLAD we did. Honestly, if you are debating between Don Johnson and anyone else, go with Don Johnson. After the wedding, the most common thing our guests told us was how great our officiant was. He made our guests laugh and cry. One of my guests thought that Don was a family friend because it seemed like he knew us so well. I think Don charges a little more than other officiants but trust me, he is worth every penny. He gets an A++++ from us!
