My fiance and I really wanted to rent the hall for our reception, but we had problems right from the beginning. First, the lady we spoke with changed the prices three times, saying they were still working it out. Everytime they changed it prices went up, and extra changes were added. They jerked us around with the beverage prices a lot, and wanted to charge us $300.00 just to bring our own beer and wine. Plus we had to purchase all of our non-alcoholic drinks through them which came out to be another couple hundred dollars. Then you have to pay another $225.00 to have police officers there to have alcohol. Then they force you to rent servers through them to have beverages. The list goes on.. It all added up to be a lot just to get the room and beverages. For the same price we can get catered food somewhere else that will include the building. We were shocked at how high the prices were and how poorly managed the facilities are. I originally was surprised to hear that they hadn't booked anything for 2010 yet, but now I see why.
