My husband picked out an designed my ring here and it is amazing. They had a feat trying to fit my 3 and 1/2 sized finger, but they did with amazing detail!!

I wanted to design my own invitations and this was the perfect place to do it. I could mix and match and pick out and write up everything myself. I loved it! They even sent extras just in case. I was so glad I came across this site!

Would anyone give less than 5 stars to Tiffany's. I ordered my bridesmaids gifts from here and had a few presents from here that I needed to exchange. They have amazing customer service as always!

This was a huge mistake on my part! If you have the money I definitly suggest going somewhere else even if you do love that one dress there! I had to have that gorgeous Oleg Cassini dress, I loved the dress, however the customer service was horrific!! Since I bought my dress there I figured I would purchase the bridesmaids dresses there too. Well when they came in, they ordered the wrong ones!! So when I told them, they said that the ones that were sent needed to be returned before they could order the new ones!!! That is absolutley ridiculus --especially when it was their fault!! Thank goodness I paid for the dresses because then I just ordered the new ones and had two charges until the other was taken back. But still it was an awful experience and the worst part was that they really did not seem to care.

This wonderful woman coordinated the ceremony music with Ashlry Dew on flute, Alex Agrest on Violin and herself on the cello. Being that I wanted traditional Jewish music and was not of that faith I had no clue as to what sounded even decent. Ellen helped me learn so much and made the ceremony absolutley wonderfull! I don't know what I would have done without her!

As a 34 year old bride, I did not like this band at all. I personally wanted a DJ. However, my mother in law along with my 46 year old husband insisted on a band. So of course it ended up being quite a slow band with mainly older people's music. But this is not the reason I am only giving them two stars. I had asked the guy (a quite older gentleman) if he could play a CD with some personal dedications if I made one. He said yes. Unfortunatley when I came to dedication time, he cut all of my songs short and played only 1 min of each one! Another reason for the 2 stars....his announcements were not heard at all. His voice was sooo soft we couldn't even hear him announce us when we walked in! A very sweet man, but too soft spoken for a large wedding.

This was an amazing place and I would reccomend it to anyone. We first chose this venue because of the gorgeous setting. The stained glass windows and the architecture are absolutley beautiful. But even more, the people there are amazing. With me not being of the Jewish faith it was quite difficult finding a place and person to marry us. However, Ken Davidson who is the director of this wonderful venue married us. Both he and his wife Susan were so helpful in everything! They were very understanding and helped me learn so much about my husband's religion. This place gave me and all of our guests such a warm and welcoming feeling--it was beautiful!

This was the worst experience of my life! I chose this vendor simply because using them would eliminate the ballroom fee at the Charleston Place Hotel. If I knew what a nightmere it was going to be I would have changed the entire venue choice in itself! It began with me asking for simple decor. I wanted only candleabras in the dining room with an emphasis on lighting. As for flowers, I wanted basically cream anything with brown ribbon. Very simple. I wrote a list of each person who needed each type of arrangment. And I didn't even want flowers in the church, that place was beautiful enough in itself. So what happened?? I went to the tasting where the employee Ty Leslie had set up the table as it would be at the wedding. Well it was nothing of what I had asked. He had an enprmous candelabra with flowers on top! I specified no flowers and small candelabras. He basically said that it wouldn't look right because people would not be able to see each other over the table. So he basically did not even care about what I wanted and on my wedding day there were tiger lillies(which by the way are my favorite flower; however I said "NO Flowers")on top of the large candelabras. Basically I think this guy needs a hearing aid, or an attitude adjustment because he simply does not care about his customers.

This is a beautiful venue and the food was excellent, however there were numerous problems and technicalities that I would never reccomend this place to anyone. First, in order to wave the "ballroom fee" we were required to use their florist "Bloom at Charleston Place" whom forgot several of the boutonnieres and did an awful job of listening to what I had planned. Second, the wine I selected was not available, however I was not informed until the day of my wedding and they simply substituted a less standard version of what I chose (and of course charged the same price!) Third, we supposedly recieved a "discounted" room rate for our guests. However, two days before our wedding one of our guests called and did not use our group name, and they actually recieved a cheaper rate than we were given. We complained of course, and were given the cheaper rate for all of our guests. But my question is why were we not given that rate in the first place??

Over all, the only thing great about this supposed "4 star hotel" was the food. If I knew this, I would have had my wedding at the Planter's Inn next door even though I would have had to cut half of my guest list due to size.
