I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Wishes & Whims. The variety of gowns and their ability to listen to what you want instead of trying to push a certain look on you was refreshing. My gown arrived before I expected it and the girls were just as excited as I was. Even the alteration process was easy-breezy with them. I would highly recommend Wishes & Whims to any future brides.

The customer service here was horrible!! My MOH and I went in to look for bridesmaid dresses and after our one experience with a super snooty sales clerk we will never go back. Rude, rude, rude!

The Las Vegas store was great, but the one I went to in my home town was NOT! I don't know why sales clerks don't realize that customer service is part of their job. Thankfully the *nice* staff at the Las Vegas pick up location earned stars back for this company.

My husband picked out my engagement ring from our local Kay store, and then we went back for our wedding bands. They were nice and very helpful. Plus, I liked that they remembered our names every time we walked it. That was just a nice touch.

I LOVED my shoes! I ordered a pair of satin flip flops (hey, no one is looking under the dress!) so that I'd be comfortable on the wedding day. Now I wear these to all of my friends weddings... well, the summer ones! =)

I'll admit that I was a little nervous about everything going smoothly on my wedding day, but they managed to pull it off. We didn't have any problems with the wedding at all. This, even though I called about a million times once we arrived with all sorts of questions. Maybe I was just too Type A to let go. =)

As for the rooms, I was really happy. We had a great suite for our stay and everything went really well. No waiting, no problems with luggage or room service or anything. I would certainly recommend the Luxor.

They did exceed my expectations. But admittedly, after reading about them and knowing that I didn't have any other options, my expectations were pretty low. The girls on here have the right idea by hiring someone else to do your reception photos. The prices for the prints were ridiculous when we went in the next day so we didn't bother to get anything else. Be prepared for a hard sell when you go to see your proofs.

Todd must have snapped a million photos, because there's just no other way that he could have captured all of the amazing little moments he did otherwise! =) He's so talented and all of our guests really liked him, too, which meant we got better photos of them, too! Todd is very professional and I can see why everyone likes him so much. I'm really glad we hired him.

I now see that *everyone* seems to use Glamsquad so I'm glad that I booked early! =) I got to work with Nisha and she was freaking cracking me up! It's always nice when you genuinely like your vendors, but to have her talent there made it just amazing. She completely understood what I was looking for and completely nailed it.

They did a good job. The limo was on time, clean & new looking, and they even had champagne inside for us. It was a short trip so I can't think of anything else to say.
