I went to this bridal salon because it was close to me and they sold Maggie Sottero dresses. It's a little small, but it's clean and comfortable and the ladies who work there are wonderful. They have a great selection or dresses, jewelry, veils, and bridesmaid dresses. They get to really know you and remember little details, you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Jodie helped me find the perfect dress and she was honest and didn't try to pressure me into one that was too expensive. I am so glad I picked this store, they are they greatest!!!
My dress is spectacular! I cried when I put it on the first time. The details are perfect, and the dress feels like a $5000 couture gown, even though it was less than $1000. Maggie makes the best dresses!

Would have given 0 stars if I could. To make a really long story short, I found a ring I liked at the Helzberg in Morrow, GA. It was on the high end of our price range, but the saleslady assured me she would work something out with my fiance when we came back to purchase it. She gave me a card with her name on it and I left. Came back a week later to buy with my fiance, but the lady who helped me wasn't there. When we spoke to the new saleslady she rudely told me under no circumstances do they lower prices for anyone. When I asked to speak to the manager, (a fat guy), he was rude and snotty and told me the saleslady who helped us the first time obviously didn't know what she was talking about and we can either buy it at the price he wanted or leave. I cannot believe someone in customer service, a manager no less, can treat people this way. He had me in tears by the time we left. We sat on a bench outside and my fiance told me if I still wanted it, he'd go buy it. I told him no way are those jerks getting our money, and we left. I have worked in several customer service jobs and any one of those companies would have fired me if I spoke to a customer that way. We filed an email complaint with the corporate office, and surprise, surprise, they apologized and promised to "look into it," but did nothing. We went to Shane Co. and spent less money and got a better ring! And the staff there could not have been nicer. Do yourself a favor and don't even walk into Helzberg!

This is long, sorry, but there was so much that happened!
I went to this bridal salon to find some shoes for my wedding. A very nice lady whose name I didn't catch helped me try them on and I finally found a pair I loved. They were ivory though, and my dress is pure white. Not a big difference, but enough that it would be noticeable. I told her my dress was white and she assured me they could order the shoes for me in white. Super. I was rung up by a 2nd girl who also told me they came in white. I paid, gave them my address and they said I would have my shoes in 1-2 weeks.
By the way, I live 600 miles away from this salon. So, I drive back to Georgia and await my shoes. 1 weeks, 2 weeks....3 weeks go by. Finally I called and gave them my name and asked about my shoes. The lady who answered the phone says, "Hmm, I don't have you in my computer. Did you want to order shoes?" "No, I already did 3 weeks ago, I'm trying to find where they are," I said. She puts me on hold and then a man picks up. "Sweetie, what shoes were you interested in?" he says, in a tone that suggested I was crazy and he just wanted to get off the phone with me. I explained again that I ordered them 3 weeks ago, paid already, and I have a receipt in my hand. "OK, what's your invoice number?" he says. I give it to him, and he pulls up my order, but now it's in someone else's name. He was just like, "uhhh, don't know what happened here, somehow someone else's name got put on your order." Now for that to happen, someone would have had to open the order, delete my name, and replace it with someone else's. What moron would do that? So by then I was like, "Well what happens now?" And he was like, "Did you pay in full?" and I was like, "of course I did!"
After accusing me of not paying for my shoes, after his store had misplaced my order, I asked when I would be getting my shoes. He said, "I don't know, they're not here yet." Well why would you tell me 1-2 weeks if you're so in the dark about these things? So finally he promised he'd call as soon as they were in and they were shipping them to me.
Another week and a half goes by. It's now been over a month, and he still hasn't called me back. I call again. "Oh, I'm tracking them online, they'll be here Wednesday, you should have them by Friday." OK, I hang up. Friday comes and yes, there's my DHL box on the porch. I open the box- correct size, wrong color. So I call the salon- yet again. I said, "hi, I got my shoes today and they're the wrong color." She pulls up my order, this time back in my name, and says, "oh no, we double checked, that's what you ordered." "No, I ordered white. These are off-white," I said. Then she says, "that brand doesn't come in white, they only come in off-white." WHAT. "Well, I asked 2 salesgirls, and they both told me I could order white, and my receipt says "WHITE", I said. Then she says, "You must have misunderstood and ordered them incorrectly." What the hell. These people do this all day long, you would think they can correctly place an order for white shoes. Also, if they don't come in white, how did I have a receipt that says "WHITE?" Anyway, several times she tried to insinuate that I was stupid and can't tell the difference between colors, and I finally said, "Why would I order the wrong color shoes?" She finally said, "if you want to ship them back we'll give you a refund." I already paid $25 for shipping once. I'm going to Florida in a week and I'm going to return them in person.
These people were nice at first, but the moment they screwed up they got bitchy and acted like they were doing me a favor for getting me these shoes. I know that white and off-white are not such a big deal, but it shouldn't matter what color the shoes were. They screwed up at every turn, and acted like I was the bad guy. What if I needed the shoes in 2 weeks? They did not return phone calls, and were completely indifferent that it took them over a month to get the shoes to me. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
