I did not buy my dress here, but did try on a few Melissa Sweet dresses. They do have a great selection of them, which was perfect for me. They don't have a large selection of other designers, so make sure to check what they carry ahead of time. The store is clean with large fitting rooms and the staff was very helpful and nice. A very positive experience.

I was not impressed with their service. I had an appointment, was there on time, and had to wait 30 minutes before a consultant let me upstairs. I was prepared with a list of 5 gowns of designers that I knew they carried. As I went to give it to her, she refused to take it and then lead me into a room of packed-in (like sardines) trumpet gowns and told me to pick out whatever I liked. How is that for a shopping experience? Someone else did help me into some gowns, but that was it for my experience there. I did not get try on a single gown that I wanted, as I could not find them in their mess of racks. Needless to say, I did not buy my dress there. Honestly, there service was just as bad as David's Bridal, if not worse.

I bought my cardstock from here. Shipping is quite high, and I risked that it was the right color (b/c samples are expensive). Half my package of paper had tears in it. I called and reported this. They 2nd dayed replacement paper, which was nice. BUT, the paper was sent in an envelope with no protection. By the time I received it, the envelope was beat to hell and all the corners of the cardstock were bent. Oh and they only send me a half package of paper, which cracked me up. They actually counted out 15 pages to send me. I didn't bother asking for another replacement. Really poor shipping and handling. I preferred my experience with paperandmore.com and have become a repeat customer with them.

I wish I could have heard their music, but I tried and tried and tried to hire them for my wedding about 3 weeks prior. However they would never give me a firm answer on whether they were truly available or what the price would be. I waited 2 weeks, checking in every 3 days, and finally gave up. I have heard this same story from other brides, which is the reason why I am sharing here on Project Wedding. Their communication sucks, but their price is supposed to be great. Not worth it to me!

Great prices and amazing service. They even honored their 1/2 price happy hour drinks for us, which saved us a ton. The ambiance was great for a casual tropical vibe. Everyone really felt like it exuded the Miami vibe. And the view is just great. Make sure to have some Key Lime pie!

We had a great time there and the resort was wonderful with a great breakfast buffet (don't bother for dinner through). Instead, go across the street to Roy's in the Kings Plaza and at Sansei in the Queen's Plaza. We seriously enjoyed all their amazing food. Make sure to check out the Botanical Garden and Volcanoes!

Great service and great rooms for the price, however they were booked solid that they couldn't grant my then fiance late check-out on our wedding day. So he got kicked out of his hotel room 3 hours before he was scheduled to leave for our wedding. It was an oversight on our part, but I thought they might work with us. Their restaurant is overpriced, and the restaurant staff at the were totally drug-uped and had all their party friends hanging out there all day.

I bought my favor bags here and had a great experience with them. Prices, quality, and the low shipping cost was great.

Their online selection system and professionalism sealed the deal for us. Steven was super nice and played all the songs we suggested, however he technically wasn't the greatest DJ. His mixes weren't that good and he cut out ALOT of the best parts of songs. In his defense, dinner took so long, that we were left with little dancing time and he probably wanted to fit in as much of the music that we chose.

The service and quality seem to vary greatly by location. I definitely had a rocky start at my tasting with both the Doral and Coral Gables locations, but Coral Gables eventually rectified it. That being said, based on their customer service, I would had never booked them if they weren't included in our venue package. My best advice is to avoid the weekends and make an appointment (get the bookers name!) to taste FRESH cake and the fillings you want.
As a package cake, I dislike that they charged us extra for (1) making the buttercreme a color other than ivory and (2) for filling to be added in between the layers (is there someone that has no filling in their cake?). I feel that this is something that should be included in our package cake. However, this might be more of something to bring up with the venue instead.
On the day of our wedding, our cake itself was gorgeous and the perfect color, the buttercreme was so smooth and looked just like fondant! However, the orange flavor was not like our tasting and was much too intense and the texture wasn't so good. It was coarse and it was clear that the cake was not fresh. The strawberry filling also did not taste the same as the tasting and was a really thin layer. Overall, I was quite disappointed in the taste, but happy with the appearance. If you have a choice in bakers, I recommend that you look elsewhere and go with a smaller baker that isn't so hit-or-miss.
