This was a great idea I 'borrowed' from a friend's wedding. Elegant Event Sitters is a company that offers child care services for receptions. That way your friends get to have fun while knowing that their kids are having a good time, too, and not getting into anything they shouldn't. The kids all had a great time and the parents told me after that they want us to get married again because they liked the party. :)

I loved the fun baubles that I found at Cha Cha Bella so much that I bought something for each of my bridesmaids as a thank you. Each of the pieces was as unique as my girls, and they loved the couture jewels. Simply lovely!

At the bachelorette party we also had the Altanta Lashes girls there to give everyone a new look. I am addicted to last extensions and now I think all of my girls are, too. It's amazing to wake up and have flawless lashes... and no mascara on our pillows!

My bridesmaids planned the coolest bachelorette party by taking us to a striptease arobics class. We all had so much fun! The class didn't get to raunchy - we were all still wearing all of our clothes - but it was tons of fun and just enough out of the ordinary that it felt like it was a special night. Too funny!

BBJ's showroom is amazing. It's a bride's dream! Their prices may have been a little higher than some other places, but the quality was so far above what we had seen elsewhere that we knew it was a good value. The chair ties and table linens were beautiful, and the napkins looked brand new. Everything was stunning and helped to achieve a very 'rich' look on a reasonable budget.

Working with Carey Limo was easy. Our driver arrived a half hour *early* and had everything taken care of. He knew about closed roads and the best way to get to each location -- which is impressive since my DH always gives people directions! lol The price was great and the service was exceptional.

I bought a shorter veil from Olena to wear at the reception. By changing up the accessories I felt like I had a fresh look without having to go to the extreme of buying another gown. The veil looked great and was a fraction of the cost of the first one!

After seeing our wedding video, I am convinced that all the magic happens in the editing room after the big day. I've seen wedding videos where someone has a friend or family member tape it on a camcorder. Frankly, it's kind of boring to watch these. lol Our video was edited down to about 15 minutes and put to music, and it was fantastic! Now our friends and family actually like watching it. We still have the 'raw' footage of everything, but having the shorter one really made a difference to us.

I couldn't let my hubby go to one of those chains for his tux, so instead we we went to Savvi. They had a really impressive selection and the tuxedos were higher quality than what we'd seen from the other spots.

Dinah is great! I used her for our Save The Dates and our Invites. Her designs were custom and she was very creative. Everything was delivered before it was due to us and there were even extras in our boxes. Nicely done!
