DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I bought yellow carnations for my centerpieces. Got the order at in a reasonable time, however they are orange. So i had a conversation with the lady "Jen" who from an earlier post is the general manager.

michelle: not orange.. they say nothing about being orange

Jen: yellow with dark tips that looks orange.
michelle: so if its not what it looks like on your site... because they look yellow to me and they are more orange. if i refund them because they dont look anything like the picture you have on the website do i have to pay a restocking fee
Jen: yes, because that is the correct item and it is the one on the photo
michelle: can i possibly send you a picture of the ones that i recieved so you can see that they are not yellow.
Jen: you can. but from the description you gave me. that is the correct item
Jen: that flower's yellow is dark. i know
Jen: it's almost like a dark yel / lt orange.
Jen: but that is what we've always had. same as photo
Jen: all our other flowers are a pale yellow. it is a big difference. I know that.
Jen: but again, it is same as photo. so there is no error on shipping
Jen: but if you want to send me a photo, certainly. just so I can make sure it's not orange
Jen: becuase orng on this one is almost reddish. overall colors on this flower is much darker than our other flowers.
michelle: okay then... thanks for your help. i just wish that the company would have put in captions somewhere that they look more orange in real life then not carnation yellow (meant Canary)

michelle: im not talking about photo completely. if it looks like its more orange in real life then in the captions below you should warn people that it look more orange to the eyes then yellow. thanks for your time.

So i got orange flowers... you be the judge... look at the link she sent me and tell me where the orange is in the flower? and im not talking a little orange they are all orange... no yellow to be found...

Just dont use them... they are rude! and you will loose your money.
