They did an excellent job! my husband had went in to talk to them and just to look around and they took his measurements that day and had him come back the next to try on different suits he was interested in that were in his size so he would get to see what they actually looked like, we went to other tux shops and they wouldn’t do that for him. They have an easy manageable website to put out of town wedding party measurements and keep track of the order. The tuxes were good quality and fit all the groomsmen perfectly!

I had to find Rachel last minute because the makeup/hair stylist cancalled on me 2 weeks before my wedding. Rachel was very sweet and understanding of what I was looking for. She tried various looks and had no problem if I wanted to change something. She came to the hotel to do my make-up and even gave me some refresher make-up. I also had her put body jewels on my tattoos and she really did a great job. Her products were of very high quality. She is an independent contractor that used to work for MAC make-up and has formal training with them.

we found my husband’s ring here. It was plain and just what he wanted. They gave him an amazing deal and even had a inexpensive warranty that we have a locked in price at year after year. They also soldered my wedding band and engagement ring together, it took them half a day and half the price of the jeweler where I got my ring from.

beautiful! The grounds were gorgeous and lush, the pool was tropical with tiki tourches lit everywhere throughout the night and message therapist poolside. They had an activity lobby where you could find information on anything you wanted to do on the island, they raffle away free activities, I even won a dinner cruise! They provide excellent service and are really there for YOU. I loved this hotel and have stayed there 3 times so far and have loved every minute of it!

beautiful room with gorgeous view! Just what they promised on there website. Very clean and open and spacious! All dishes and linens were provided for a long-term stay. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with their own Japanese garden and pond and ocean front property! Everything was within a walking distance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and told us about the surrounding areas to explore. A bit pricey, but absolutely lovely and well worth the money!

Absolutely horrible! He cancelled on me two weeks before my wedding because he was upset I didn’t like the trial hair he did, which looked nothing like what I wanted or the pictures I brought in! I asked him if we could do another trial and try a different hairstyle and he rudely said “I didn’t realize you had a degree in hair design”…He was extremely rude and snobby and even was cussing in front of me, very unprofessional! I only found him because I won half off his expensive services at the bridal bazarr. He refused to meet with me until one month before my wedding, even thought I requested to meet two months earlier at the least just so we can make sure we were on the same page. Then when he cancelled on me, he wouldn’t even give me my deposit back and HE cancelled on ME! I was outraged!

she worked on myself along with my 4 bridesmaids. I booked her two weeks before my wedding because my previous hairdresser I was planning on using bailed on me. She does stunning work and when I explained to her what I wanted, she also did some research to find pictures of what I was explaining. She came to our hotel to do everyone’s hair and got done in a timely manner. She was so sweet and friendly and worked within my budget!

Guest Lodging:

rooms were big and had great accomodations. They were tastefully decorated with beach themes and had dishwashers, dishes, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators… It also had a pool and gym and laundry facilities, for free. It was perfect for a longer stay!

the florist showed up an hour late, which made it cut into picture time with our photographer. She also promised baby ferns in the boutonnieres, but then changed it last minute, only letting me know via email the day before the wedding, who has time to check email the day before you get married? I didn’t! So it was a surprise when they were not what we expected. She did work within our budget, that is why she gets 3 stars and when she did finally show up, she set up everything herself and it looked nice.

absolutely beautiful! Good price and it accommodated all our guest. It had bride and groom changing rooms, a nice seperate bar, a huge ballroom and a roofed patio with a gorgeous view for the ceremony. We had both ceremony and reception here. Beautiful scenes for wedding pictures! The vendor worked within our budget. Just make sure to book early, a year in advance! I took away a star because they day of the event they were late on setting up which in turn made us have to wait an hour later than we were originally told that we could set up which made things run a little late.
