We enjoyed having our rehearsal dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory. We were provided with a private room; however, there were still some tables in the room open to the public…kind of odd. The service was very efficient and the food was great. This place is very affordable when you want to feed a lot of people.

Photographer, Lisa Wassilak, did our engagement pictures and did an awesome job! She is so easy to work with and quite affordable. I would highly recommend her for engagement and wedding pictures. She is very professional and creative, as she puts a lot of time into making sure you have a quality product. The only reason we didn’t have her do our wedding pictures is because she was in our wedding party---we wish she would have taken our wedding photos, not too happy with ours.

There selection was alright. I thought the prices were a little bit high and there were some tux issues on the day of the wedding, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily. Overall they were ok. Cheaper than any tux shop around the Chesterfield area. Recommend trying to bargain for lower prices.

Shane Company was great. They have an amazing selection of diamonds, but a rather limited selection of bands. You can purchase a diamond and if you get a band she doesn’t like you can trade it in for one she likes at no cost. They also offer lifetime free cleaning and dipping, which is good because they are a nationwide jeweler.

The people at Quickprint were very accommodating; however, you get what you pay for. Even though I bought all of the paper, created, and assembled my own invitations, I did have them do the printing. The quality of the printing was not the best, but it still worked well…they even re-printed the ones I was not satisfied with.

Hale Kuula Rental Huula, Oahu, Hawaii. We rented this condo on VRBO.com and it was $135 a night. It was a great deal, right on the ocean, but the beach was rocky and we couldn’t swim there. Also you have to drive 45 mins from Honolulu to get there. Otherwise it is nice to hear the ocean when you go to bed. Waimea Bay was 20 mins up the road. It is a great beach and people starting showing up around noon.

The Drury Plaza Hotel provided very affordable prices for booking rooms for our wedding party. At night, drinks and popcorn were provided for free and in the morning a hot, continental, complimentary breakfast was provided in the lobby. For our honeymoon night, we had a suite with a Jacuzzi tub, which was nice; although, it was a little pricey. There was above and below ground parking, we parked below ground, so we didn’t have to walk through the lobby to get to our hotel room. We would definitely recommend this hotel again.

The Whitmoor Country Club providing on-site catering and have very good food. We chose to do the buffet and were very happy with the service; however, we wish they would have let us take the extra food home with us. We also wish they would have left the appetizers out a little longer than they did.

The cost to rent the Whitmoor Country Club was on the high side, but the location was beautiful. It did fit all of our guests, but the positioning of some of the tables did not allow everyone to be able to see each other (there were some tables in another adjoining room). They were very easy to work with and did a great job of accommodating our requests. Our friends who got married the following summer liked our reception so much, they booked their wedding reception there. We did have the place to ourselves, which was nice.

My experience with My Son’s was amazing. The lady who owns and bakes the cakes was so easy to work with and she was very helpful in making sure you get the cake that best suits your style and needs. She is VERY affordable and the quality of the cake is top notch. My sister had her cake 10 years ago for her wedding; I had her cake for my wedding, and we ordered it again for my parent’s anniversary.

Olive Garden provided a nice meal for the bachelorette party; however, it was difficult to see everyone and it was noisy with the surrounding tables. Our table was out in the middle of all of the other ones. I would suggest getting a table that was off-to-the side without other tables around.
