I ordered J Crew dresses for my bridesmaids - nothing but praise!! They were so easy to work with in ordering and returning to perfect the sizing! I definitely recommend J Crew. And the bonus, the girls can wear the dresses again.

My mom and I went here to get her 'Mother of the Bride' dress. Our experience was not that great.

The dress was being shipped out of country and it was missing proper documentation. Consequently, after the dress never arrived I tracked the dress and it had not even left California because of the missing documentation. She then ended up paying 3x the cost of shipping than quoted and it took 3 weeks longer to arrive than promised. In the end Bay Area Bridal took no responsibility and they were hard to get a hold of when I tried to get any kind of resolution.

Would not recommend this place if you need to have a dress shipped, thats for sure!
