I thought Eric and his wife, Nicki, did an awesome job. They were so friendly from the start and I never had to wait long for a response to any email I ever sent them.
Eric really listened to what I had to say, without loosing the signature style that attracted me to his work in the first place.
They worked with the fact that we were having a destination wedding, trading the engagement session included in our package for a trash the dress session the day after our ceremony.
The only reason I'm not giving Eric 5 stars is that I was not sent proofs of our wedding album before it was sent to the publisher. I would have liked to know which pictures were going into the album, as there were some pictures I wanted to see in it that weren't chosen. The album is still lovely, so I'm pretty happy with it. Just that one, tiny thing.

Sue was wonderful to work with. She is so friendly and upbeat My emails were always returned promptly and she was always available to talk - I never felt like I was infringing on her time. She made so many suggestions that would help keep us within our budget without sacrificing the look and feel we were going for - it was so nice to know that she was in my corner!
Her work was fabulous. My bouquet was beautiful - everything I've ever wanted. Our centerpieces were great, although we did end up removing them from the tables about halfway through the reception. They looked great in the various corners, on the card table, etc! She set everything up perfectly without the aide of a coordinator; I never would have even seen her had we not ran into each other outside the resort as she was leaving!
I would recommend Signature Florals wholeheartedly to everyone I know.

Mason's was great! Our cake was perfect - exactly what we wanted - and tasted fabulous! Our guests loved it. There were only two slices left at the end of the night, a fact I was not aware of until later. Talk about one disappointed bride - if I had known those slices would have gone home with me! Its been a week and I'm still craving that cake!

Jason was awesome! He has a pretty impressive and varied repotiore and still offered to learn any song we wanted that he didn't know. Jason has a laid-back, yet technical style that really fit our wedding and cocktail hour perfectly. In addition to being a wonderful guitar player, he's a very friendly person and didn't mind people talking to him as he was playing!

We had a great experience at Casa Ybel from start to finish. Jessica and Jennifer took the time to answer every tiny question and address the most minute details. I could not have done it without Jennifer - she is really, really amazing. The longest I had to wait for a reply to an email was 2 days and if I absolutely couldn't wait, I knew I could call. She always made herself available and always made me feel like I was the most important thing going, even though I know she was swamped with multiple weddings! When our chairs were set up for the ceremony the guys set them up wrong, but Jen had it fixed in ten minutes (I'm not exaggerating)!
I have two gripes. One is that its made to sound as if there's enough room that you won't see another wedding, even if they are on the grounds at the same time as you. This is not nearly the truth. Not only did we see two other weddings, but the ground-to-ceiling windows at our reception room looked out directly onto a tent wedding. The other was you're given the impression that your ceremony will be in a secluded spot, but there were many resort guests in swimsuits not 20 yards from our ceremony location. Hopefully Photoshop can get rid of those who walked through our pictures. The thing is, if I had wanted that we could have gotten married on a public beach & saved a ton of money.
Nearly everything about our day was perfect. The food was fantastic, the staff friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. As we left, my husband remarked several times that it had been a wonderful day. I could not agree more.

I used Jan for my b-pics and I would definitely recommend her! She was warm, funny and made me feel completely relaxed right from the start. The pictures were absolutely amazing and the book was great.
They are a little pricey, but for Kansas City and what you're getting, I thought it was worth it. I'm already thinking about booking another session through them for next year!

Working with Sarah was great. She has a friendly, bright disposition and is really creative. My fiancee is very picky, but he can't always picture what it is that he wants - it was no problem for Sarah! After talking with us, she sent us several different designs and then some more when we didn't like the first few. She was really flexible with the cost as well and offered some ideas for keeping our cost down while still getting the professional invitations we wanted. She did everything for us, including putting address labels and stamps on the RSVP cards.
The only complaints I have is that the emails were sometimes slow in coming,I didn't receive an online copy of the final design until I asked for it and when I told her we were 3 invitations short, she insinuated that I had simply counted wrong.
All in all, I enjoyed working with Sarah, the invitations were great and I would definitely use her again.
