I called thursday spoke with the "buyer and sales manager," I asked her for 4 SPECIFIC DRESSES!!!! She said they had all of them AND the designers 09 line in stock!!! YAYY, I was so excited I did all my research as a bride and they had the exact designer and styles I wanted, scheduled my appt Friday at 3pm.

I walked in and had a fabulous sales consultant. But, surprize surprize, NONE OF THE DRESSES I ASKED FOR!!! The entire room/dresses/carpet was musky and dirty as well!!!

My Maid of honor and I sat in a dressing room for 1 hour and 45 min as they searched for my dresses. They brought me styles I told them I hate ( NO lace, NO tool.) Annoying, waste of my time. The "buyer/sales manager," that I spoke with Thursday came in as I was leaving! I asked Linda happened to the styles I wanted/asked for yesterday? She gave me COMPLETE excuses and rediculous answers, telling me I need to be patient. Never saw any of the dresses I asked for. Great customer service, lie to your clients to build a relationship! On top of it, I drove 1.5 hours to this boutique because I wanted to try on these 4 dresses by my fav designer!!!

As I was leaving she said "Ill call you Monday, i will locate the dresses and call you, ' There was no phone call to me nor even an apology for my maid of honor and I sitting for 2.5 hours in a dressing room as they brought me dresses I didnt want. How can you upset someone like that and then not follow up, or even be a little sincere???

Here's a tip, you get a customer upset, lie to them and dont have the courtesy to even say I am sorry? POOR service, and absolutely NO MANAGER-SKILLS. This honestly seems like a chop-shop boutique. If the beginging was this bad I can only imagine how the dress/alterations and bridal party would be treated...I can honestly say this place would turn me into bridzilla!

BRIDES BEWARE, Evas of Orland Park is amazing, Carol is my consultant and she bent over backwardsd for me nothing like my time spent at this place...
