Steph36... WOW after reading your letter I have a total feeling of deja vu.
This is our dealings with Sam and Debebians.com.

I few months ago My Fiance and I started looking for my wedding ring for our Nov 1st wedding. I choose a couple of tungsten rings from Debebians.com as well.
On or around Sept 17 2008, my fiance place the order for my wedding band.
The next day a conformation email about the order came in. Also with out a tracking number. The website and email also stated it would be shipped within 2-3 business days.
On Sept 23 2008. the total was taken from our checking account. Which would say most times the order is being shipped. So now we wait for tracking information and package.
Last week she notices the order still has not gone out and the engraving is wrong from what she typed. So she called and emailed them. Her phone calls where met by endless answering machines. Her emails went unanswered. No SPAM box message either.
After 3 calls and 3 emails she was so upset and not knowing what to do next, she told me. Oct 7th 6:00pm I called the 1-877 number and got a person. I started to explain the issue and passed the phone to my fiance. Within 30 seconds she was off the phone. I was shocked...???... What happen? She said the lady said someone would call her back. I was not happy with that so I called back. This time demanded someone right now. Which got the same response. Someone will call back.
After 2 hours Sam did call her back. HE stated the ring was on back order and didn't know when it would be in. With 24 days till the wedding that's just not good.
He offered to send us a temp ring.
I'm sorry but it just wont be the same to use a temp ring at the wedding.
So after being told to call back tomorrow, she was told that Thursday and Friday they would be closed and then also two days the next week.
So she tried and tried to call today with no answers. Finally she got ahold of Sam.
He now stated the ring would be shipped in 2 days. Well this is all a little fishy to us. So we have asked for a refund. He tried to keep from doing a refund, but end up saying he'll do it today. We shall see.

I would recommend everyone stay away from this company.
Can you imagine what it might be like if we dont have a ring for the wedding?
