My Husband and I approached Ryan with IstariMedia for our June 2009 wedding Videography. We filled out his online form with questions regarding our needs for the weddings. It had questions that made me think more, such as how many diffusers I would need or questions like what camera angles I would like and so on. I loved this question sheet because it made me evaluate my locations and do some due diligence on the questions asked. It was helpful because one of the Grand Ballrooms I had chosen was a little dim and needed the extra light. This thorough question sheet helped us plan our wedding better and have solid footage from our wedding. I am happy he had us fill it out ahead of time. Afterwards, we received a preliminary quote for our event. Than we met Ryan to discuss the quote and review more of his work. This is when we reviewed the quote and did more investigating as well. REALLY HELPFUL! Ryan was able to educate us on ways to better the video results and it didn't change the cost! To further impress us Ryan is an absolute professional who is super friendly and is a pleasure to have as a part of our special moment. A week before the wedding we met with Ryan a second time. We met at a local Red Robin and I brought a bit of my family with me. Ryan blended right in and we had a blast. This was important for us because we wanted someone who could get along with our family, who at times can even drive us nuts :). We are extremely proud of the work Ryan did and even his follow up with us. He has been a pleasure to work with and all my family and friends are excited to see his final video of our wedding. WE all have reviewed his raw footage and it is AWESOME!!!! Ryan is the best professional Videographer we could have had be a part of our wedding. He worked seamlessly with my Photographer (who also praised him heavily). Ryan will always be the one we choose for any of our video needs in the future.
