I'd strongly recommend against using this vendor. David Tepper's lack of professionalism in the beginning should have warned us off. He had poor writing skills in communications, and he asked us to write the deposit check out to one of his employees rather than his company (which we did not do, but it was an early sign that this was not a honest business).

Within two weeks of our wedding, he backed out and refused to return our deposit, because he stated I was "difficult to work with". Not only was this untrue, but it was irrelevant. His contract was written to make the deposit non-refundable, but that should still be dependent on actually rendering the services that he guaranteed! This vendor is a thief -- it's not "affordable" if someone steals your deposit! Luckily for us, we were able to find another caterer in those two weeks before our wedding, but Tepper was beyond ridiculous.
