I used Shirvan design based on a friend's recommendation. I had the best experience working with Arsine.
She went above and beyond. I shared with her my vision and what I had hoped to see on my wedding day.
She created an amazing reception room for me. Even the details of the smallest things such as the corsages were just out of this world. I would recommend Shirvan design to anyone.
