We created a Deluxe Hardcover book with 57 pages with pro pics from the wedding, and used the buy-one-get-one-free coupon. The coupon was fantastic, and the books came out nicely. I did notice between the two books, the photo quality was not consistent, but both books turned out ok (just a little different in quality). For what the books cost, I'm happy with the finished product. I know my family members receiving the books will be happy with them, too. : )

The Pronovias Fashion Group has absolutely stunning dresses. I loved mine. However, their customer service is horrific. For a time, my dress was lost in their warehouse in NY; then it was sent to a store in New Orleans with the same name as my bridal store in Southern CA. Toward the end, both my bridal shop and I were contacting Pronovias, trying to figure things out. Luckily the dress arrived unscathed. Sure was a nightmare, though.

I was so happy with my veil from them. The quality was fantastic for the price. They had great turn-around time, too (I think they're based in NorCal). It was the second veil I had ordered, as I wasn't happy with the quality of the previous veil I had ordered from another online veil shop. Highly recommended.

I ordered a custom veil with crystals on it. The crystals kept falling off, as they were glued on. I didn't want to deal with this at the wedding, so I bought another veil from one of their competitors.

We used Williamson & Co. in Downtown Napa for the tuxedos. The gentlemen there are a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great prices, too.

I purchased monogrammed robes for my bridemaids from TheFrontDoor.com. They came out really nice, and the girls really loved them. Great find for the price.

I purchased my Anne Klein shoes from Zappos at a great price - they were going for at least $100 more on other bridal shoe websites. Loved Zappos return policy. Highly recommended.

We ordered our programs, menus, table no.'s, place cards, favors and monogrammed handkerchiefs from the White Aisle.

Pros: The paper products turned out just great, as did the handkerchiefs. They worked really closely with me via email to make sure the programs/menus/table no.'s/place cards were exactly what I wanted. They even designed menus and programs for me that weren't on their website, which I really appreciated!

Cons: I ordered the favors (and handkerchiefs) in mid-February; they didn't arrive until 3 months later, at the hotel the Friday before the wedding. The boxes were really cute with the custom-designed label, and even with the green ribbon that was different than I had ordered. Happy I had actually received them, I didn't bother to check what was inside of the favor boxes until at the reception. We ordered white buttermints, the same what my parents had at their wedding 35 years before; the white would have also matched everything quite nicely. When opening the box at the head table, I realized they gave us white-and-red hard candy mints and salt water taffy. I was so incredibly disappointed and embarrassed!

Their payment system on their website is weird, too - not consistent. Some things you purchase first through Paypal; other things you're sent invoices for. Very strange.

Netbride was great. We saved a ton of money on our Bill Levkoff #301 bridesmaid dresses, and the dresses arrived in only two months! They were very nice whenever I called with questions. I also appreciated how they emailed me when they received my order, to confirm my order, and to let me know when the dresses were shipping/tracking info.

I considered using Pearl's Place, but didn't appreciate the rude service I got over the phone when calling with questions.

Netbride - highly recommended!

After many, many, many alterations, my bridesmaids' BL dresses looked great. BL dresses run very large, especially in the bust. Be prepared for many alterations. The finished product looked very nice, though.
