After many, many, many alterations, my bridesmaids' BL dresses looked great. BL dresses run very large, especially in the bust. Be prepared for many alterations. The finished product looked very nice, though.
I ordered my ring bearer pillow from them. Due to "language barriers" with their production people, the pillow was sent too late for my wedding. I asked them to make another one and send it to my hotel before the wedding. I guess they tried, but "didn't have time to run around to make my pillow" because they had other orders to fill that day. Thanks, but no thanks. Luckily Target pulled through.
Jennifer did a beautiful job with the calligraphy on our invites. She offers a wide selection of types of calligraphy for an incredibly low price. She was always very fast in responding to my emails. Looking at her finished product, she did have a two minor boo-boo's, but she promptly fixed it and sent the corrected envelopes. Highly recommended.
Alycia was recommended to me by Audrey Crandall of Glowing Bridal. Alycia was great - she did a terrific job on my hair, and on my bridesmaids' hair. She came to our room the morning of the wedding, and was very fun to be around. We showed her pictures of what we were interested in, and she made our hair even better than the pictures!
The morning of the wedding she called the room - she asked how I was doing and told me she was on her way. I thought that was so thoughtful!
Highly recommended!

I have many things to say about Jigsaw Events, but won't say all in the interest in being professional. I hired them for full-service wedding coordination. What I got essentially was day-of coordination.
The wedding day went generally great, and I'm sure they played a part in making that happen (hence the two stars). Kelly also led us to a few great vendors, whom I might not have know of otherwise.
However, everything before that was another story. Communication is definitely not one of their strong points, which was immeasureably frustrating with planning the wedding from so far away. On occassion, weeks would pass before we'd hear back from her; when we did hear back, she'd be quite defensive. Her poor communication also spilled over to our vendors. They'd call/email me with questions because they couldn't get a hold of Kelly (wasn't that her job??!).
My husband and I were so fed up with this unprofessionalism that I consulted with the (defense) attorneys I worked for - they heard all elements of the story, reviewed our contract as well as communications with her and advised us to "take the appropriate measures" with them. We didn't, just more stress.
Jigsaw's pricing for full-service planning is much cheaper than the rest of the wedding planners' in the Napa Valley. I think that's for a reason - you get what you pay for... The real kicker is that Kelly could be a real pleasant and jovial person and had good ideas; she also spent time with us looking at venues and meeting with vendors. I had such a good feeling about her, at least in the beginning. There's potential there, but it just fell short, very short.
Save yourself the headache and unnecessary stress and go elsewhere.

We stayed a week at the Hyatt for our honeymoon. It was our first time to Maui. The hotel and its grounds were very pretty, but for what we were paying for our room, I expected more!
The grounds are gorgeous - I think the best out of the hotels in Kaanapali. Lots of tropical plants, gorgeous pools and an awesome water slide. The buffet breakfasts there were amazing. So much good food with a SPECTACULAR view of the grounds and the ocean. Their sushi bar is great, and their fruity drinks can't be missed.
If staying in Kaanapali, I would definitely recommend staying here!

I really liked everything we used from La Bella, which included fruitwood chiavari chairs, pearlized chargers, tables and five different types of linens. Going to their Napa facility to pick everything out was SO FUN - they have a huge selection to choose from.
La Bella was on the pricey side, and my planner did say she was having some contract issues with them due to La Bella being purchased by another company. Everything looked great at the wedding, so I guess everything was worked out!
Mr. Ramey's trio did an excellent job at our wedding. We had the "ambiance trio" play, which consisted of two violins and a guitar. They sounded GREAT (and I'm very picky when it comes to woodwinds).
Mr. Ramey was in constant contact with me, by email and phone. In fact, I think he initiated the contact more than I did! I really appreciated that. Highly recommended.

We used Bella Terra for our Save-the-Dates and Invitations. They looked really cute. I searched the Internet high and low for cute grapevine stationary - they had exactly what I was looking for!
Everything went perfect with the invitations. They looked great, and came relatively quickly. I had them print a map I had created, and it looked so awesome. It was really easy to order extras from them, too. I did have a slight problem with them for the Save-the-Dates. There was some confusion on their part regarding receiving my approval email, though they had replied to it directly after. They realized their slip, and gave me free shipping.

The cake Lisa created for us was incredible. We had a few guests say that it was the best cake they had ever had (really!). The Cafe Ole, Lemon Poppy Royale and "Karat" Cake flavors were absolutely devine.
The three-tier, ivory buttercream cake was exquisitely decorated, even better than I had requested! The flowers were just gorgeous, and perfectly placed. We had asked she use a silver cake stand we had purchased locally, and she had no problems doing so (no extra charges, either).
Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!
