Colour of cardstock matched the website well. Customer service was excellent, they contacted me after I placed the order to confirm the selections and even offered me a change on a particular envelope which resulted in a small refund for me. The only negative was how long everything took to arrive (but that may have been Canada post).

I used the Quince Flowers location on Yonge St. The staff were incredible. They listened well and gave me suggestions. They were very helpful and promised my flowers would be in season flowers purchased from local growers. She completely understood what I was looking for. After giving me a quote she asked what my budget was and then worked with me to ensure that not only did I get all the flowers I wanted, she made it UNDER my budget!

We signed up for a discount while at a Bridal show. Moores was extremely slow in contacting us regarding an appointment, although that may have been based on our wedding date. As soon as we were ready to book an appointment they were very organized. They were very helpful and had great suggestions for the groom, groomsmen, and ushers. They matched our wedding colours extremely well, going out of their way to ensure that eveyrone was happy with the selection. The store was clean, the service excellent.

Service is great, staff are friendly. The prices were amazing compared to other bridal shops in Toronto. The only downsides are small change rooms, a smaller selection of dresses compared to other stores (although still fairly diverse) and a much smaller selection of accessories.

The Delta Chelsea has been absolutely incredible. Their package is expensive but worth it. They include everything possible with plenty of opportunity for upgrades, DIY projects, and changes. The food is incredible, the drink selection good. But their best point, by far, is the service. Their catering department is amazing. My e-mails are answered withint 24 hours and I am given clear answers to my questions. Trouble with their vendors (flowers, linens, etc) is recorded and dealt with quickly. The staff are responsive to ideas and extremely orgnized, as well as friendly. I would recommend this as a vendor for anyone! Just remember to book your reception early as they are often booked a year or more in advance for receptions.
