This was where we found the dresses that the flower girls wore on the wedding day. We were going to buy dresses from a big department store, mainly because the girls were 4 and 6 and all dresses that age are cute. We were really surprised to find beautiful formal dresses in the children's section, from the designer brand Fox n' Lily, and more than 75% off. You nerver know what you can find, but I think this was the perfect place to start looking for flower girl dresses. Fox'n Lily dresses are the sweetest dresses I have ever seen, and I'm so happy that we found them at the prices we did!

I never know what I will find at a Wal-Mart, but this was where I found my guestbook for the wedding. I was grocery shopping at the supercenter and wandered over to look at what they had in the wedding section. They have a huge wedding section, with hundreds of decorations and favors to choose from. They also have the cake cutting knife, and they also had beautiful wedding guest books. The wedding guest book I chose was a Martha Stewart book that had room for pictures and notes, along with signature and other mementos. I loved it, and I thought the price was also perfect!

I thought this was a great idea, mainly because I had never seen this at any wedding that I have gone to before. I was able to order several hundred fortune cookies (I estimated about two per guests) with cute fortunes about true love inside each one. My husband and I sat down and thought about all our favorite long song lyrics, so that the fortunes inside each cookie would have some special meaning. The customer service person I emailed with said that the cookies were made fresh to order, so I waited until a month before the wedding before ordering. They arrived in less than ten days. The cookies were really popular, and those that didn't get eaten were great souvenirs for the guests.

We got a great rate with A1! We had decided that since we would all be staying at the same hotel, we would rent a bus to help charter our guests to and from the Garden. This worked out well, because we didn't need to worry about drinking and driving, or people getting lost. I think part of the reason why I got a good deal was because I never said the word "wedding", and sort of told the person that it was a family gathering. It doesn't hurt to ask for a better price! The bus was clean, spacious, and our guests loved being driven around!

I loved my engagement pictures that were taken by Ellie, one of the photographers at Kurz Studio, and I just LOVE my wedding pictures! The team did an amazing job of capturing all the fun and excitement of getting ready for the ceremony, beautiful pictures of our guests at the ceremony, and there are just hundreds of pictures of my husband and I looking absolutely thrilled to be together! She was really able to capture all the special moments, and I am so happy that we chose them! You are able to negotiate your own package, with regards to proofs and negatives. We got a beautiful collection of pictures that capture the day exactly right.

Ceremony: This place was perfect! I loved being able to walk through the guests sitting in the white folding chairs to my husband-to-be in a peaceful garden! What I loved about it was that we were able to have our reception and ceremony at the same place, and that also we were able to set up the inside in case it rained for the reception. It did not rain, and we were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony in front of all our friends and family. This is also a perfect setting for wedding pictures. Our guests were able to snack and socialize in a beautiful area while we took photos.

Reception: The place is set up so that you can have the reception outside, and then the reception inside or outside. We decided to have an indoor reception, just in case of weather. The event manager had great suggestions on how the room could be set up, and then also made great suggestions of having different stations outside before the meal so that people could sit and wander around. This was one of the best staffs and groups that I have ever worked with. They were extremely professional and really well-organized, and it's obvious that they love organizing weddings. It an amazing place for to have a wedding, and I'm so glad that our memories will be here.

Kristina is an amazing person and an excellent make-up artist! One of my close friends had hired Kristina for her own wedding, and I was so impressed by all the raving reviews she had earned from the bridal party. I found her contact information, contacted her and set up a consultation to talk about the make-up and the wedding day. She was very professional, she gave good suggestions and told us the time frame. On the wedding day she showed up at the hotel on time and helped us all look our best! My best suggestion to all brides is to get fake eyelashes! My eyes looked so much bigger! And I think it's 110% worth it to have a professional do your make-up on your wedding day. It's always better to have professionals when you can!

We went in together to pick out an engagement ring and wedding bands. It's a bit daunting and scary trying to pick our something that you want to wear and love for the rest of your life, and luckily the staff was amazing and made sure we found a ring we loved! Our consultant, Debbie, was a great person who was kind and helped us with all our questions. We were able to find the most perfect ring, something that was beautiful and unique. I was surprised on my wedding day to find that my husband had gone back and gotten me matching earring. Both the rings and earrings are beautiful, and I love wearing them both each day!

My husband and his friends had a very specific look that they wanted to achieve at the wedding, and in one word, 'suave'. My husband looked soo handsome in a three piece designer suit, and I can't remember a day (before or since) that he looked so good. The suit fit him perfectly, and he told me that they are excellent at Sacino's when it comes to fitting and making alterations. The groom's men also looked great in their suits. They said that the service was great, and that they also got a great deal going in as a group and ordering more than five suits for the wedding.

I was having a hard time getting used to the fact that almost all wedding invitations are ordered online, because I'm so afraid of making spelling mistakes and what have you. My husband finally calmed me down and played a huge part in helping to choose out the invitations. In his online search, he wanted cards that were made of recycled materials. Minted has a great selection of eco-friendly cards, and we found ones that I also thought were pretty. We ended up choosing cards from minted, which came in sets that allowed us to order RSVP cards, and seating cards, and programs. We were able to get samples just to make sure our spelling was correct, and then we ordered everything at once. The cards looked beautiful, and with my husbands help it took less than two hours to have this part of the wedding planning complete.
